The Tech support is very good and very willing to help if you have any kind of issues.

Abacus is a really easy way to submit receipts and costs for reimbursement without too much hassle.

I've had the mobile app crash a few times or just become unresponsive, but this is so inconsistent that I don't really think I've ever been inconvenienced by it.

I like that you are able to separate out your trips to make it simpler for the approval process for both you and your supervisor.

Comparing price and features, Abacus definitely came in at the top for us, and they have been a really great choice.

Its easy to use, fast and quick for submitting expenses reports, especially multiple reciepts at the same time. It saves a boat load of time and Id recommend it to all startups.

Abacus is easy to set up and use. The UI is intuitive, and it is self-explanatory to use.

It's easy for me to use and quickly get reimbursed for business-related expenses.

Sometimes the mobile app will crash or not function properly - its not quite as built out as the web app.

One of my favourite features would be the ability to quickly filter expenses and generate exports.

It frustrates  rather than enhance outlook. The product is outrageously priced for what we are able to do.

It will save you and your team dozens of hours while giving you better insights and controls over your expense policies. Easy setup that takes less than 30 minutes, and an email to your teammates.

Not to mention the fact that the Abacus team is extremely helpful. Their introduction emails answer your questions before you even have a chance to ask them.

The support team is very responsive. The product  may be great but once you purchase it they want more money to deliver the product rather than deliver the product.

So many features are not working properly or missing. If you are a cafe or restaurant this system may work for you.

Very aggravating interface. I believe they have deceptive marketing practices.

I haven't found anything I don't like about Abacus.

Its easy to use and upload photos or expensed items or you can even connect your bank account and it does everything automattically.

I need a solution that was cost affective and required not additional foot print VM or etc. I was able to integrate both domains into Maas360.

The ability to add new users and devices is pretty easy. Overall I need to give it a good mark because it does what we want it to.

It was a solid MDM in its day, but needs new features and a better UI for Tech staff to use.

One thing that I was very disappointed and ultimately made me consider other similar products was the GPS tracking.

It does allow an extensive amount of control including exchange management, locking and unlocking devices remotely.

Once a device is lost, you have to continue to pay for a license on that device or it becomes unlocked and the end user can take control of it.

While many calls and emails to technical support were needed to get us off the ground, the support we did receive was overall very helpful and patient, explaining everything in step by step detail.

Being able to get work email securely on my phone is great since I work on the road most of the time.

A great program to help keep communication costs low.

Ease of use and vendor responsiveness is key to any product. Administration is simple.

The software was easy to setup and configure for controlling mobile devices. It also lets you manage laptops.

An easy platform that lets you install and update software on multiple devices at the same time. It allows to set locks on mobile devices so costumers can use them only with your app.

The UI is a pain to navigate, functions don't notify you if they are executed succesfully or not, and app updates won't work for no reason and manually updating them is also a pain.

Once its setup and running the fear is you might change something and be back at square one.

Notifications for the app work sometimes and not work other times. IT doesn’t know what would cause this problem.

Have your tech team evaluate the use and administration. They will find this is quick to launch and provides a solution set that is unmatched by competitors.

Secure and easy to use and implement. I won't name names, but I have used other UEM systems and this one taks the cake for being all around the best product for your company and clients you support.
