  • Pros

  • Process Director switches the focus from custom solutions development to business process optimization.
  • Developer Friendly : Lot of components are really reusable that helps the developers to save considerable amount of time. Timeline : One of the best object I have come across.
  • Cons

  • Support when errors occur can be cumbersome. I don't have much experience in this area, so replicating errors, getting logs to capture the info, and deciphering the errors is time consuming.
  • Troubleshooting issues - sometimes finding root cause is difficult. Bug fixes not clearly communicated as to how they were addressed in the next software release.

  • Easy to use, has a good free tier, innovative, friendly UI and UX, a good product in general, good mobile application.
  • Easy setup, they have different templates for different industries which is nice, can quite easily adjust it with the Zoho Creator, customer support is great too.
  • Cons

  • The most hated part of Zoho is its Customer support , it is very pathetic and sometimes it is very glitchy which makes the CRM unusable.
  • We've got some problem with the email invitations often sent into the spam folder of our customers... but it's a common problem with other CRM I guess.
