I tried Trello but didn't like much. I tried Conectohub & it was quite easy to use.

Finding a tool that can implement OKRs is a Godsend to me. I've seen tools that can track progress but tracking progress in terms of OKRs is very critical for any company that is focused on growth.

Conectohub has useful UX to easy to manage all tasks, subtasks, and projects. Able to easily assign tasks or projects to co-worker and  communicate with him in real time.

Am missing a bit of a getting started guidance, as there are so many options to choose from. Also while still in the learning process for OKRs.

It entegration witg JIRA. User friendly interface is easy use for all team mates.

And you know the best part. You get to try out this cutting-edge project management solution at a fraction of the cost compared to similar tools on the market.

Mobile & web application is usefull, intuitive, good ux and I can trace all my colleagues on one screen.

From my side, missing thing is task numbers BUT I saw that it's in the roadmap. And roadmap is grown by users.

I mostly like its fantastic and functional project templates, notification management, objectives for the team/company/individual, and customizable dashboard.

Good design of the software and good use of the colors on a white background and the option to activate the Dark Mode.

Some deficiencies in the documentation caused some intergration and usage problems in the first use.

This application is very easy to use and increases the efficiency of the work very much, very good.

Simple interface, mobile application and easy integration into other environments caused us to use the application.

I must say that it offers huge resources. There are all the necessary project templates like CRM, product management, decision tracking board, customer success team and so on that are very functional.

Actually creating processes takes some time, but mainly because of how much automation can be built into the system. The pricing is very straightforward and very fair for the features provided.

Metatask is quite comprehensive project management platform with its highly customizable project management templates which we could configurate according to our own project management requirements.

It's very easy to get started and the tool is easy to use and understand. Like the Office 365 option for authentication and the integration with Slack for notifications.

The minimalism of the UI makes it so much nicer to look at. Ease of access and use is also pretty awesome.

Does what it sets out to do very well, and is very reasonably priced.

Consistency is directly tied to efficiency and  Metatask helps me provide the same information to my team every time so they can set up clients successfully every time.

Metatask has great project management starting templates that accelerated the process of creating our own project managmement platform according to our own internal project management requirements.

Really nice fit for small and micro-business organizations. Process dashboard allows user to stay on top of several processes at once.

I can take my iPhone and quickly check the status of all things going on, at a glance. This gives me a great peace of mind.

Customer Service Team is amazing and I am really happy with their fast response.

Metatask has been a win for the 20% of the operational/process-related work our cross-functional team addresses.

I also like the ability to add different kinds of forms to each step in the process. As a plus, it supports Zapier integration too.

After reviewing over 20 tools, if found that most of them had user experience problems, they were just too hard to figure out and would require to train our users.

It's obvious that this product is still being developed, so don't expect a lot of whistles and bells and be aware that some features are currently missing. But a lot of them are on the 2017 roadmap.

Metatask is great, easy to use, it helps a lot with internal processes and can be 100% customized.

I hope that they are successful with Metatask and when they decide to charge for it, I hope that it will be reasonably priced.

When I run into obstacles or have a question, customer service has been awesome in getting answers. They even made me a video to visually explain an answer.

Zapier integration is incredible to make action on other software, but it is limited the option with Metatask.

The ability to group steps, implement approvals, configure conditional steps, set up user roles is all very useful and straightforward to implement.

Terminology and how its used is a bit of a learning curve. No app for mobile device.

This may not be an exact fit for your needs, but it is easily worth the time to go through a trial and figure that out. For us it was near perfect.
