The ease of use would be the best thing about DocuPhase. It's intuitive and processes our stuff pretty quickly.

I like the ease of this program. Training is extremely simple for a program like this and document retrieval is super fast.

DocuPhase is a good software to use for processes, mainly accounting and purchasing.

Every process that I have implemented, I have changed shortly after to make it more efficient, even the ones we thought were solid.

It integrated without databases and website seamlessly. I had no experience with PerfectForms so I rely heavily on their excellent online tools and their support team.

Security can be built at the user or group level. The email approval functionality is very useful for employees that are constantly on the go.

Wait is too long for iDatix customer support, bad for keeping day to day business afloat.

The software should be made to recognize duplicate entries. It does not prevent duplicate entries which wastes time once the error is found.

Administration is very easy to use and configure.

Very stable, and easy user interface like being able to do query's for information and love the global search.

The Docuphase team are fantastic collaborators, as we look for solutions together. The Docuphase software is very intuitive yet flexible to allow for customized solutions.

It can be hard to use and find documents as well as some features. Those who are not tech savy will struggle to use it.

There are a few processes that have had a major impact for us. We have automated our onboarding processes, this ensures that all required documents are not only received, but reviewed and approved.

I find the DocuPhase application to be clunky and shows a serious deficiency in usability.

Opal software offers a comprehensive set of features to help content marketers, and in my experience, new Opal users get the hang of it after a couple weeks of regular use.

I find the platform easy to use and seamless. Gives a great overview of the projects and we move through quicker based on visibility.

It is most helpful on the strategy front, where I'm able to plan content and add all the assets and details prior to publishing. It's practically a teammate of mine, I rely on it so much.

Unlike many content management systems, there are not overused steps for a simple action. Customizable workflows & tracking capabilities are extremely useful.

Opal is an excellent system for housing and managing social media content. The calendaring capabilities make it excellent for drafting sample posts, seeking approval, and distributing for publication.

We like the calendar views - it's simple, but having a highly visual and impactful UI allows our teams to quickly asses where we are over-scheduled or need more content.

One of my favorite features is the ability to create shareable Opal content presentations in just a few clicks.

I've been using Opal for almost a year and I'd recommend it to any business looking to organize their social posting better.

One integration with our social media publishing software helps save time and minimize error by delivering completed and approved content into our publish queue.

I also like that a big chunk of our approval process for social content now happens within the platform instead of multiple email threads within our organization.

Great and very intuitive project management tool.

Poorly designed and difficult to use. Simple tasks are made complex by poor navigation.

Opal is a great product perfect for all your social media management needs. It makes publishing content and sending to Sprinklr easier than any other product I have used.

Some of the posting options are a bit confusing. There is an option to post an ad but that doesn't include a picture.

Flexible UI and In-context collaboration have been major problem-solvers for the team. This has helped with improving time efficiencies and confusion through the creative process.

I am not sure I have an answer for this one as there isn’t much that I don’t like about the software yet.

Multi-day campaigns can be hard to track. Organization using the platform must enforce naming conventions for content or calendar view can look very confusing and unorganized quickly.

Opal employs wonderful humans. The questions on features and benefits and opportunities are far less important when dealing with wonderful humans.

Presentations are sometimes hard to navigate and if you do not have an account, you cannot leave feedback within the presentation.

The Logo is attractive, clear, easy to read - everything using the product isn't.

The ability to have approval paths ensures that the proper eyes are seeing out content and making sure everytihng is perfect before it gets published.

Mobile parity on iOS and Android - it's a hard process for everyone to mimic functionality and features in desktop to mobile.
