  • We are delighted with the customized service and support. We save time and are more efficient using Droplet services.
  • What we’ve found to be most helpful is the expertise of the Droplet’s support. We have been working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT], and he is nothing short of amazing with his know-how and customer support.
  • Cons

  • It's more a lack of a feature...We need the ability to have more than one person at a school to have the dashboard option. That feature is forth coming.
  • The risk of losing some information if you edit too much of the form.

  • Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.
  • It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).
  • Cons

  • What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.
  • The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.
