This application does it all, import, export and deletes Quickbooks transactions. It has multiple mappings and the ability to customize the mapping of excel spreadsheets to make importing of data into Quickbooks an ease. You have the ability to replace, ignore or modify list based on your import.

Whenever I set-up a new QuickBooks Online client, I use SaasAnt to transfer data from Excel to their new subscription. I've been using it for years (most of the time, the trial subscription is all I need for the client). I recently attained a client who will be setting up hundreds (yes, hundreds) of their sales agents with their own QuickBooks over the next year. They will be providing files these reps need to regular upload to their QBO. When we encountered an issue with some of the direct import features in QBO, I wondered if SaasAnt was the answer. With the help of my new friend, [sensitive content hidden] (and his wonderful insight), we found that the answer is YES!

Excellent. I reached out to chat with a pretty basic import error (on my part). [sensitive content hidden] replied right away and walked me through the entire process. When we encountered an import error, even though there was only one, he stuck it out and figured it out. I could have easily just entered the information manually. But [sensitive content hidden] stuck it out and got to the bottom of the issue by trying different solutions. Fantastic customer support experience.

SaasAnt helps me import data with detail that I cannot get using the QBO import function featured in the product. I love the look of the new UI. The layout is straightforward and easy on the eyes and the colors, fonts, and graphics are well thought out.

Very satisfied. I oversee several Quickbook companies with different Plans/subscriptions. I made a mistake with the last subscription and contacted SaasAnt via the App chat. Jeslin Jainey was very efficient and kind to address my concerns moving companies to different subscriptions that I wanted, and eventually correct a subscription that I erroneously made. Eventually, I had to pay more for the Plan that I wanted, but the payment process was hassle free, following a payment link that Jeslin provided on the chat. Simple and easy to use, including teaching new users.

It's challenging to see what transactions users have posted. As SaasAnt Admin, I should be able to determine what Transactions are posted from each user account, at least by reference to a file name, etc.

I was looking for a tool that could easily import our credit card transactions into Quickbooks Desktop. Our credit card rep informed me that I should look into Saasant, as it would allow me to pull in a list of transactions directly into Quickbooks. The first time I successfully imported our transactions, it was incredible!

Saasant is AMAZING! It has literally saved me hours of time in data entry and inputting bank and credit card transactions. Our credit card issuer is flexible and allows me to already list expense accounts and classes in the software, so all I have to do is download the spreadsheet, link the fields, and Saasant will import it directly into quickbooks and assign all the right accounts and classes.

The interface is a bit outdated, and it has a slight learning curve. But you gain far more than that in the time it saves.

Overall a great software. I would suggest looking into using all of the capabilities it offers.

Saasant makes it very quick to convert entries like Comdata software to excel and into Quickbooks for expenditures. Basically it transfers expenses over to an excel spreadsheet. You then modify the spreed sheet to change to delete what is not needed. That process is super easy. Although I use this software for expenses only, it does much more. It can transfer checks, bills, bill payments, purchase orders, credit card credits, vendor credits, invoices, received payments, estimate credit memos, sales and refund receipts.

There is nothing I do not like about this software! Honeslty speaking!

I had an issue this morning with my software and the support team reacted immediately and fixed the issue. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

Prior to SaasAnt Transactions we were downloading reports in QBW Enterprise as CSV and data import was problematic with legacy QB IIF file format.

Ease of Use, great pricing, great support via phone or webchat.

Intuit QB Enterprise database is responsible for slow Import performance.

We would highly recommend utilizing SaaSant to any company that has to deal with complex accounting issues.

The user experience is amazing. But what is even better is there customer service. When we ran into issues utilizing the product for large-scale very complex data migrations, their customer service help this through the issues to make a complex job feel easy.

For years I am using SaasAnt on a regular basis and it's unthinkable not having this QBO App. Today I struggled with the interconnection between SaasAnt and QBO but got great help by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. SaasAnt Transactions is a PHENOMENAL tool! I just implemented it to import deposits from our CRM to QuickBooks. It is going to save hours and hours of time and will prevent human error commonly found in our previous work flow. Next, we’ll start using it to import various expense spreadsheets we manage via excel. Just like others have said, it’s VERY easy to set up and use, and so quick. Imports take seconds. My only wish is that I had learned about it sooner. I would highly recommend SaasAnt Transactions to everyone in the world.

Overall amazing software.

This software streamlines entering data from one system to another. It has allowed me to take control of data and enter them into QBO in the manner that is consistent with GAAP as well as with how I want the data entered.

Billing can be funky. I use both desktop and online version. The desktop version cannot be upgraded early, if you upgrade early you essentially loose days/money.

Fast response and ease of learning the program.

I'm new to the New Version. I was very familiar with the Old Version but learning the new version quickly. Bashwanth was Very Helpful and knowledgable.

The ease with which I can get technical problem solved by their support team is incredible. I've been dealing with Intuit customer service for so long that I forgot what it was like to talk to competent people!

So far the only thing is I wish that the error messages were a bit more detailed for trouble shooting.
