Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Ease of use of desktop and mobile. Will process the grand majority of transactions and have never really given us any issues to this day.
  • The customer support is very responsive and helpful and it's excellence warrants the fairly high price.
  • Cons

  • The platform is very complicated and not easy to understand or use. Also the delay in payments is about 2 weeks.
  • Withdrawal options are very not flexible. I wish Avangate would allow multiple withdrawal ways adjustable on-the-fly.

  • The drill-down functionality of the software makes it easy to navigate through accounting transactions and provides a great audit trail.
  • The quality provided is top-notch, and always good to use. It seems the company has a great process in place to ensure customers stay happy.
  • Cons

  • It has very limited data analysis tools, which is not sufficient for streamlining the human resource department. It is not efficient for onboarding services.
  • We could not use it for onboarding, did not allow any place for us to keep notes on employees. It was difficult to navigate.
