The proposal/ quoting functionality has been a disappointment.

But the most impressive is there is a client portal feature for our clients to collaborate on projects, accept quotes and view invoices.

Entering timesheets is super easy. It's also good to see my tasks for the week ahead.

It feels like they care about their customers. They're super genuine people.

I also really like the triggers for alerts on budget/usage %, this automation has been very helpful.

Accelo can definitely seem intimidating at first as there are a ton of menus that can take time to familiarize yourself with.

There are a lot of rough edges, both poor UI choices and pieces that don't quite have the functionality expected.

I wanted a great PSA, one that I could stand up quickly and get to work without hours and hours of churn. This fit the bill great.

Our team loves the product. With the current COVID pandemic, we have found ourselves having to do more with less.

We'd have a staff meeting and load up a page with 3 or more filtering specifications then click something and the results of the filter were lost.

Deltek vision is very good software to use to handle many database simultaneously. During that work we can easily filter the important data.

Customer Care Support is excellent. Like everything else, the more time you can invest, the better off you will be.

Tech support has helped resolve issues in most all cases. Response is generally good via chat and resolution has been fairly quick in most cases.

Our company uses this software for many purposes and if you get adequate training it can be a great tool that makes working on projects and finding information easy and accessible in one location.

The price point is higher compared to other ERP's. You get what you pay for in terms of functionality and integration of modules.

Maybe this is by design, but it is too costly to keep doing this.

Reporting performance is awful. We have had a consultant come out at least twice for an overall health check and recommendations and in my opinion we did not get a lot of value from this.

I particularly like the ability to schedule your work and availability -- this is great for work sharing with different offices/teams.

As a user, I find Deltek Vision easy to navigate - in my own company filing expense reports and accessing a detailed or simple timesheet is a breeze.

It takes a ridiculously long time to run many of our reports and it's a constant source of pain for both the users and those of use who support the product.

Overall really great experience, perfect tool for enginering consulting company, excellent customer support.

It solves all of my accounting needs. The reporting is robust and the project managers love to see their budgets in real time.

The software/service was good overall as it was easy to use.

Reporting function is extremely difficult to navigate. Generally terrible interface.

I have found it very challenging to work through self teaching tools. Unless someone has the time to teach you how to use the features it is time consuming and somewhat frustrating.

Integration of the time-sheet is an asset. The ability to charge time to Opportunities would be a major enhancement.

We were using Excel for timesheets so having time and expense in one place and tying into our business process is wonderful. We also have the ability to get nice reports.

E.g. When entering a comment for a task e, i need to type it, click in a separate comment box to ensure it's saved, and then only can I navigate away.

I hate that the help button is located with the other options on tool bar.

Overall experience has been good - consistent, powerful software for managing projects.
