The software is very good for department and business unit reporting and analysis. And the fact you can see all the department at once in a spreadsheet makes it unique unlike some accounting software.

This is probably due to my own lack of experience or training on the software.

Batch payments and running the reports for payments - super easy and informative.

Employed as a finance assistant to help input invoices on the system and was able to pick up the system very quickly as very ergonomic and the learning portal is very comprehensive.

Support team is excellent. Whenever I need a guidance or assistance, support team reacts promptly with no delays.

Unbelievable functionality for the price. Very easy to use and lots of support setting it up.

Lots of different options for different screens can be confusing but this is only a minor thing that I was able to get over after spending more time on the learning portal.

I originally got into Host for budgeting and it has been great for that, but I have found it great for many other things. I also love the way it can grow with me.

It can be difficult to set up a report template. Not all the modules have the same reporting tools.

Customer service is second to none. In my 30+ years in planning and analysis, I have never found a team so dedicated to ensuring their customer's success.

I was never able to go live. Never got any value out of it and they made me pay for 2 years.

It's extremely user friendly, easy to use, and allows our team to quickly consolidate, close and provide detailed financial reports each month.

The inability to do calculations in the report without creating a new template. Also as we are on Macs the inability to use spotlight in Mac Excel.

The planning tool helped us standardize our budgeting process and we're very impressed with the workforce planning module that helped us easily managing our headcount and compensation estimate.

We love the ease and flexibility of the tool. The monthly releases mean that the product is constantly making improvements.

A data pull is not immediate and can cause some frustration if data is not pulled 100% accurately the first time.
