The software is very good for department and business unit reporting and analysis. And the fact you can see all the department at once in a spreadsheet makes it unique unlike some accounting software.

This is probably due to my own lack of experience or training on the software.

Batch payments and running the reports for payments - super easy and informative.

Employed as a finance assistant to help input invoices on the system and was able to pick up the system very quickly as very ergonomic and the learning portal is very comprehensive.

Support team is excellent. Whenever I need a guidance or assistance, support team reacts promptly with no delays.

Unbelievable functionality for the price. Very easy to use and lots of support setting it up.

Lots of different options for different screens can be confusing but this is only a minor thing that I was able to get over after spending more time on the learning portal.

Reporting was back there very unreliable and the format not very friendly. On the other hand, I can say the progress and development on everything else is fantastic.

It's vast capabilities of reporting, ease of use, BI Blend, Dashboarding and excel.

The ability to report off of, budget, forecast, analyze, and reconcile to the same set of base data is valuable for streamlining our processes.

This extremely powerful software can build our monthly financial reports and supplementals in a fraction of the time it used to take us.

It is worth the time, but you will need some to get a good swing at it.

There is so much we can do it's difficult what to select first.

The only downside to OneStream XF that I've encountered is with scheduling - reports, integrations, etc.

There is not any one thing that I don't like about the software. There are a lot of features and it just takes time to implement them.

No real notable disadvantages or problems experienced.

Can sometimes feel like a maze of information when an error happens.

The customer support is second to none in that they reply within an hour and are helpful in resolving issues and/or answering questions.

Audit Capabilities - within the Onestream to track the changes is nice. Various Dashboard Components to fetch the data is nice too.

As you integrate different processes within the application you extend and reuse than starting again for each implementation.

FLEXIBILITY, EASE OF USE, LOTS OF TIE OUTS / DOUBLE CHECKS BUILT IN.

Integration with Excel is the best I would say.

The ease of use and entirely customizable platform is what I like most about this software.

This is a tough question because there is not anything I can think of that the software is unable to do or does not do well.

It's a simple, dynamic tool that provides a good end-user experience. It has helped us to speed up our close process and provides great analytical tools for users.

The number of solutions that can be built using the platform is unlimited, and the MarketPlace is growing with new solutions all the time.

Easy to use, easy to implement. Cubes facilitate the loading.

We love Our OS consultants and customer support.

In my personal experience, the greatest advantages we have realized from moving to OneStream have been.

My overall experience with OneStream has been very positive. The customer service is outstanding and OS is always working on improving the product based on customer feedback and needs.
