  • Pros

  • It definitely has the majority of the market, integrations and flexibility for most situations aswell.
  • Ability to integrate to Merchant Accounts and Credit Score Agencies. Ability to create agendas and follow ups direct them to my Agents.
  • Cons

  • Setting up automated features requires multiple steps and can be confusing.
  • Not having titles on the emails makes it difficult to know which email is relevant to what the collector is looking for.

  • Data Integration and Transformation. Out of the box Market place solutions like ACM, ARM, Task Scheduler , Security Audit etc.
  • It's vast capabilities of reporting, ease of use, BI Blend, Dashboarding and excel.
  • Cons

  • A few pain points with OneStream are related to documentation. There is little to no documentation on marketplace solutions at a level that is useful for a consultant to build off of.
  • There is so much we can do it's difficult what to select first.
