This software was the critical tool that allowed me to make check payments when geographically separated from the company's bookkeeper. This tool provided all the necessary resources to effectively manage this part of the business.

There were several occasions when the software would not allow me to delete items in the feed.

Great customer service and the app is really easy to set up and easy to use.

Checkrun solves the challenge of connecting my accounts payable team with our approvers and check signers, wherever they are. We all work remotely and Checkrun has a mobile app so we can approve and sign payments right from the app. The signature shows up on the check and the app keeps track of all workflow steps so we never miss a payment. They also have a print and mail service or you can print checks out yourself. It is a nice app that works for us.

They don't have ACH right now but I was told they are adding it soon.

Stores all our checks from the past to present hence when we need to look into something, all we need to do is check Checkrun and voila inquiry answered.

There were instances where the check numbers printed weren't the check numbers reflected on our books.

I use check run weekly to print checks for our contractors. Like I've said it is very user friendly and I would most definetly reccomend especially for a small business.

What I like most about this software is that it is very user friendly. I also enjoy that if or when I run into any minor issues customer support gets back to me asap. I would definitely reccomend.

If there is a minor mistake of not being able to print the checks you cannot go back in and reprint if you have selected " yes all checks printed correctly" I get that may be due to preventing fraud however it's slightly inconvient. Just need to be more careful when selecting options around printing.

Excellent. We have only had a problem once due to a login issue. Tech support was so helpful. Issue was resolved immediately!

Love that we can write checks in QBO and send for approval electronically. Makes dual signatures so much easier to manage when you're not in the same office.

It is so easy to use and the customer service has been wonderful. I love that it integrates with our accounting software flawlessly.

We have a few suppliers that are out of the country and it would be nice to have an additional international postage option in the future.

We haven't used it yet - but the print and mail feature will come in handy when I am on vacation and out of the office. Instead of printing all the checks beforehand, we can use the print and mail feature as needed.

Check signer can approve checks remotely, no need to come into the office just to sign checks. Able to use existing printed check stock. The customer service was awesome when setting up our account.

It will be great when ACH payments are set up. I wish there was an easier way to get rid of a payment in the Checkrun queue.

The ability to get checks approved and signed remotely

Too often the print checks window with the generated checks just doesn't open. The preview checks window will open, but not the printable ones. It happens every once in a while and it is frustrating. The system never lets me login on the first try. It consistently tell me my password is incorrect, I hit login again and it logs me in. Not a deal breaker, but annoying.

I have worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team in customer service and they are awesome. They are always willing to jump in and get us taken care of.

I enjoy the AP process being simplified and having cloud access. Being able to sync data in real-time is a must!

So far having an issue syncing to QBO. I haven't used long enough to find a least, but so far so good!
