Deltek vision is very good software to use to handle many database simultaneously. During that work we can easily filter the important data.

Customer Care Support is excellent. Like everything else, the more time you can invest, the better off you will be.

Tech support has helped resolve issues in most all cases. Response is generally good via chat and resolution has been fairly quick in most cases.

Our company uses this software for many purposes and if you get adequate training it can be a great tool that makes working on projects and finding information easy and accessible in one location.

The price point is higher compared to other ERP's. You get what you pay for in terms of functionality and integration of modules.

Maybe this is by design, but it is too costly to keep doing this.

Reporting performance is awful. We have had a consultant come out at least twice for an overall health check and recommendations and in my opinion we did not get a lot of value from this.

I particularly like the ability to schedule your work and availability -- this is great for work sharing with different offices/teams.

As a user, I find Deltek Vision easy to navigate - in my own company filing expense reports and accessing a detailed or simple timesheet is a breeze.

It takes a ridiculously long time to run many of our reports and it's a constant source of pain for both the users and those of use who support the product.

Overall really great experience, perfect tool for enginering consulting company, excellent customer support.

It solves all of my accounting needs. The reporting is robust and the project managers love to see their budgets in real time.

Reporting function is extremely difficult to navigate. Generally terrible interface.

I have found it very challenging to work through self teaching tools. Unless someone has the time to teach you how to use the features it is time consuming and somewhat frustrating.

Integration of the time-sheet is an asset. The ability to charge time to Opportunities would be a major enhancement.

We were using Excel for timesheets so having time and expense in one place and tying into our business process is wonderful. We also have the ability to get nice reports.

E.g. When entering a comment for a task e, i need to type it, click in a separate comment box to ensure it's saved, and then only can I navigate away.

I hate that the help button is located with the other options on tool bar.

Overall experience has been good - consistent, powerful software for managing projects.

There is no link to Outlook calendar, only Google.

Could not be happier with the results and expect it will help make us a better company. I also like how the support is very responsive and open to continual improvement.

The simplicity of the product is nice and how it is focused on SMM is helpful.

It is customizable so it conforms to my specific requirements. Online training is excellent and the support provided is outstanding.

Given that it cannot be all things to all people some of the terminology was a little difficult to adapt to.

It's a comprehensive product that allows users to dive in and use what they need to at a very reasonable price. It integrates with Quickbooks or allows for billing within the product.

This software saves so much time in comparison to how I was doing things prior. It is easy to use and the training is on going if needed.

I enjoy SMMware because you can be very specific with its features. Admin can pinpoint which job you were on, your mileage and it is nice to be able to see all of that.

Some of the headers could be changed to relate to my business. Ex- when preparing an estimate the titles and details menu is confusing.

It’s great for writing contracts, invoicing and time keeping. I don’t know how I ran my business prior to this excellent software.

Most important to me when using SMMware  is the ease of keeping track of clients and contacts. I was fortunate to have found SMMware when my business was starting to pick up.

This software, customized to our move management industry, is not only easy to use, but it's so comprehensive while being very affordable.

The software is excellent and the training is on-going. Great thing is if you have an issue if any kind.

I love all of the SSMWare tutorial videos that are available. Those have been very helpful and the customer support is excellent.

Especially when training new employees, people seem to struggle with knowing they're on the Client profile, versus a Sales Lead or Job profile.

Dated interface compared to other newer products. Poor visuals for work flows.
