Pros
- Deltek vision is very good software to use to handle many database simultaneously. During that work we can easily filter the important data.
- Customer Care Support is excellent. Like everything else, the more time you can invest, the better off you will be.
Cons
- Reporting performance is awful. We have had a consultant come out at least twice for an overall health check and recommendations and in my opinion we did not get a lot of value from this.
- It takes a ridiculously long time to run many of our reports and it's a constant source of pain for both the users and those of use who support the product.
Pros
- From the admin side is easy to create, block and manage card, from the user side the card is quickly accessible both via browser and via app.

- The mobile app should have more features for admin control - it's frustrating that I have to use the online dashboard to add funds to an employees card.
- Previously we paid per card, but now we need to pay per user. This means that we pay for users, who do not need a card (accountants for example).
