I was blown away and continue to be blown away with the software's ease of use which in my opinion makes it SO POWERFUL.

Easy to follows, prompt quality customer service, easy how to complete info in Forms.

This software is excellent for us and is affordable. There have been constant improvements over the time we have used the software making it an even better value.

The most impactful features are the POA upload and the integration of the IRS system. We love all the forms and the organization of the forms.

I think the software's help in completing things like Form 433-A are great because it tells you what is allowable, and gives ideas on items you may not have thought about including.

The software tool is easy to utilize, and the wealth of information shared via the various notices issued and response that the IRS is looking for to be made has been priceless to me.

Add to that, whenever I need to quickly pull an IRS transcript or respond to a client's letter from the IRS I have a wealth of tools at my fingertips.

I used to use Beyond415 and they had all of the IRS letters and notices, what each one meant, and what to do to respond. IRS Solutions has some of them, but many are missing.

I switched from them to another irs software and quickly came back when I realized how much more effective IRS Solutions was.

I have to say that these guys are incredible. If you have a support issue, they are responsive, they are constantly improving the software, and the value is great for what you get.

The integration with the IRS is phenomenal and makes it so easy to really determine the client’s status and needs.

Information is updated almost daily. Just a great team and great software that will help my business step to the next level faster than normally would be expected.

The only con is possibly the inability to start and stop payments for the software. Pitbull Tax offers that ability.

The client portal is what I love most. I can allow the client to participate in this process which is critical.

Initially the sales pitch was a bit pushy to purchase on a quarter ending.

The accounts payable module is good. Drill down ability in the trial balance is very beneficial.

I've used Multiview for over 5 years, I have had a great experience training on the system and find the software very useful in my daily work flow.

In hindsight that was due to a sales person knowing they were leaving {they left}, but the company made good on their initial items.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

Overall great accounting software that bridges between QuickBooks and bigger software such as Peoplesoft.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Seems to lack some backend administrative function, analytics, etc.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

Overall ease of use and ability to get things done quickly.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Implementation Team was very good and we had a excellent experience.

Creating and modifying custom reports is easy. Custom interfaces save us a ton of time each month.

I love that you can filter and pull data easily. I like the work flow for AP invoice approval.

The implementation team did not address properly our 4 items that were critical for our needs.

All modules are integrated and post real time. Love the query functions in AP, AR, &GL.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.

Their system appears to be good for all the basic accounting items; it is a bit large to configure but base system is good. At this point the ball is in their court to finalize what was promised.

The customer service I have received has also been incredibly remarkable. Timely answers and solutions to any problems encountered have added to my appreciation of this wonderful product.
