It is an excellent tool for safely storing and transferring confidential data. It's easy to use and the security features are superb.

Martus provides a good user interface for both administrators and users, ease of use, good exports to Excel and GREAT value for the money.

The support and training is fantastic. Onboarding and initial data load was completed within about 24 hours of executing the agreement.

The product is constantly being  updated and improved. The Dashboard provides a great look at key performance factors with easy to understand graphics, great for communicating with church leaders.

I like the way the platform integrates multiple data sources, allowing me to access a wealth of up-to-date financial information in real time.

The owner, Bill Cox is a very helpful person and is always looking for ways to improve the software. For non-financial users, the dashboards are very helpful.

The fact that Martus syncs with Sage Intacct is the best reason why I love this software. It is easy to use and manage.

We are very pleased with Martus. The staff can review their financial data without having to ask Finance for the data.

The only downside is that it lacks the level of customization and integration offered by some of its competitors.

It is made for small and medium businesses (nonprofits, churches, for profits, VARs) that need reliable accounting software that is powerful and easy to use.

This software is so user friendly for anyone. It is easier and it has made our budgeting 110%  better.

It is hard for some non-accounting staff to use and understand, the options for displaying the data are difficult to navigate to be able to see what we want to see.

They love the ease of use and the look at the actuals of the prior year.

I am not a technical person. I did click on all the wrong things for a while.

Remember that awesome idea that was cut from the Dream budget. Now you can go back to that dream budget and bring that idea to life.

MartusTools is a great software for budgeting. It is designed to help you stay on top of your finances and simplify the process of budgeting.

The ability to see budget variance numbers and then drill down to the transaction level data is a huge asset to our staff.

Also, dislike revenue and expense as the same sign.

It is just packed with sorting functions and reporting options. So other than lack of knowledge, I do not have anything I don't like.

Because the Planner is essentially a once per year tool, it is sometimes difficult for me ( a technically unsophisticated user) to use it properly as the administrator.

A few pain points with OneStream are related to documentation. There is little to no documentation on marketplace solutions at a level that is useful for a consultant to build off of.

Everything about this company and product made me want to get more and more involved. I love how OneStream is constantly working on improvements the better meet their customers' needs.

Great and responsive service, with lots of offerings that you can add to increase the ROI (task manager, reconciliations) at no extra cost.

Data Integration and Transformation. Out of the box Market place solutions like ACM, ARM, Task Scheduler , Security Audit etc.

It's vast capabilities of reporting, ease of use, BI Blend, Dashboarding and excel.

The ability to report off of, budget, forecast, analyze, and reconcile to the same set of base data is valuable for streamlining our processes.

This extremely powerful software can build our monthly financial reports and supplementals in a fraction of the time it used to take us.

It is worth the time, but you will need some to get a good swing at it.

There is so much we can do it's difficult what to select first.

It's been a great experience with a great product.

Very happy with our choice and would not change decision if could go back and choose different vendor.

Multiple uses for the application without bolting on additional applications and data integration points. Good controls and audit trails.

The software is easy to use and is basically capable of anything you need it to be. The Customer support is very responsive to requests for help, as well as ideas for functionality.

Future vision to implement Account Reconciliations, People Planning, Capital Planning, Sales Planning and Task Manager.

The only downside to OneStream XF that I've encountered is with scheduling - reports, integrations, etc.

There is not any one thing that I don't like about the software. There are a lot of features and it just takes time to implement them.

The ability to have a unified system. OneStream's ability to keep multiple solutions on one platform.

What I like most is the ability to build the software to our specifications and unique situations.

Ease of use and endless customization and development possibilities as your company grows. We have multiple entities in 5 different countries with different currencies and ERP.

No real notable disadvantages or problems experienced.

Can sometimes feel like a maze of information when an error happens.

The customer support is second to none in that they reply within an hour and are helpful in resolving issues and/or answering questions.

Audit Capabilities - within the Onestream to track the changes is nice. Various Dashboard Components to fetch the data is nice too.

As you integrate different processes within the application you extend and reuse than starting again for each implementation.

FLEXIBILITY, EASE OF USE, LOTS OF TIE OUTS / DOUBLE CHECKS BUILT IN.

Integration with Excel is the best I would say.

The ease of use and entirely customizable platform is what I like most about this software.

This is a tough question because there is not anything I can think of that the software is unable to do or does not do well.

It's a simple, dynamic tool that provides a good end-user experience. It has helped us to speed up our close process and provides great analytical tools for users.

The number of solutions that can be built using the platform is unlimited, and the MarketPlace is growing with new solutions all the time.

Easy to use, easy to implement. Cubes facilitate the loading.

We love Our OS consultants and customer support.

In my personal experience, the greatest advantages we have realized from moving to OneStream have been.

My overall experience with OneStream has been very positive. The customer service is outstanding and OS is always working on improving the product based on customer feedback and needs.

He made us feel part of the great adventure that will change our ways of reporting.
