Meritto CRM review
The experience with the CRM and the team supporting the CRM has been quite an empowering one w.r.t to the technical side since this the first multifaceted CRM I have worked upon. The product is quite helpful and is a user friendly one.
PROSThe various features of the CRM especially those for pulling out reports, data analysis, comparisons, cost identification, graphical reports which give the insight into the total leads output as well as individual counsellor performance are quite helpful and impressive. Each lead integration and the steps followed can be accessed and assessed at all the different stages in the workflow by the admins help to monitor the process at every single stage. Addition of features like call recording would make it a perfect product.
CONSIt's a convenient and effective interface but may need few more sessions to make it user-friendly for someone who is a slow learner.

For a CRM with more features for reporting, data analysis and cost comparisons and single line interface which could be accessed by multiple teams starting from the Counsellors, Applications Team and Finally the Documentation Team

i like how the things are customized to users needs. A good CRM and data management tool. it works best with exotel.
CONSWhile handling the long call, half of the details are filled. but, while on the call NPF logs out automatically, making it difficult to find the lead and update the information. Pop up for calls work very rarely making it difficult to find lead as call hits. some time NPf fails to generate leads, which is being more frequent now. And on heavy call flow this becomes a major issue

NPF helped
We started using this CRM when we were struggling with a negative perception spread by competitors. NPF was used for sms and email campaigns.
PROSThe product is highly customized for education industry. Quick to deploy. Most required features are there. Most important is the analytics which is provided to the user. We used to get monthly/bi-monthly updates and it helped. The admission tally exceeded the target.
CONSThe total cost of ownership runs a bit high. However, it is best left to the bargaining skill of the client.

NPF is a customized product for the education industry and had all that we needed.

The in-house developed CRM did not have all the marketing functionalities that we required. Time was short to introduce changes to the CRM. Hence, we chose NPF after reviewing competitors.

NPF - Solution for Education Institution
Easy to Use. Lead Nurturing Feature. Lead Activity Timelines.
CONSMonopoly in Increasing the prices (SMS, WhatsApp) or charges on online payment. Can not track the Raw Data nurturing activity (like we can not do effective nurturing using RAW Data communication).

ExtraaEdge is nowhere in competition. LeadSquared was tough competition - we selected it due to pricing Salesforce - cost was very high and was not suitable for small-scale admission teams.

Good for communication and lead management.
My overall experience with the Meritto has been really good due to the simple UI for ease of understanding of the tool and its functions. It also saves time by bulk emailing and scheduling the emails. However, not being able to attach more than one attachment to an email makes me work more by creating a zip folder and adding the required files to it. Adding this might also be helpful for users like me.

CONS-I'd don't dislike but I would like you to add a feature that lets users search multiple email IDs at once, this will make it more user-friendly for bulk emailing. - I'd also recommend you let Grammarly or other similar tools work on the Advanced email creation while communicating with the leads. - If we could add more than one attachment to the emails it'd also be helpful for several Meritto users.
