I think that lyne.ai provides great value for money compared to other softwares. I used a cheaper and a more expensive one. The cheaper one was completely useless. The more expensive ones was great maybe a bit better than Lyne.ai but the difference is very small. I A/B tested the results from both softwares and didn't notice a significant difference in the response from prospects. So I think lyne ai is a good choice for money.

There are a few bugs here and there but the chat support is great and helps you fix it in no time.

A lot of helpful information that lyne.ai finds about the client. Hard to say that this is soft-written.

Decent email generation when it works. However, hasn't worked for a month

In February, 3 of my searches froze. Since then, I have not been able to run any new searches. I have tried to reach out to Lyne.ai in many ways, including through LinkedIn, but no one has responded and it now has been a month since I have been able to utilize my account.

The no-touch lines are a great feature. You can generate personalised introductions using just the prospect's LinkedIn profile.

The UI could be a bit better and it could also be a bit more cost efffective.

Since this tool is al AI based, you can not blindly rely on it to send your emails. You just have to go through to the personalized lines to check if there is any suggested line that may not be suitable to send. This may take some time. but overall it is significantly less time consuming than doing manual research.

The software is easy to use, it does 90% of the job. It helps to customize the introduction paragraph of emails in bulks.

No automatic recognition of My Data lines, iIhave to manually select which line stands for what. Also, converting into CSV is so uncomfortable, I'd prefer if all is done by uploading and downloading in xls.

The personalized line generator is awesome. Its save a lot of time & when I showed it to my [SENSITIVE CONTENT] he could not belive that it was AI-generated.

There is a learning curve to using the software I mean I'm pretty tech savvy but still had to watch the whole tutorial guide to understand how to use .. if can be made much easier to use

easy to use . we can use free credits more productively. also the demo which provide at first is also help to know how to do this.

get less ps3. and only 25 linkedin profile can copy paste at a time that is difficult facing , if we can copy paste more than 25 at a time it help to complete the large file which handling.

I like how simple it is and that you can import many variables to get hyper-personalized lines. With other software, I could only import email, company name, email, name, and more basic information.

The Personalized AI lines saves a lot of time for our organization. It has helped us to send 2X our cold email than we used t before.

Pricing is a bit on the higher side. but it's still totally worth it.

I love their AI first lines platform it is really good. I love how you can bulk select your contacts. I use lyne for writing great emails. Compared to other first line writers, this is currently my favorite.

Please lower the prices. The software is great on its own. Really useful tool, and everything works great. Lyne can be better by lowering the pricing. The first line quality can be improved.

Lyne will save you much time researching a prospect and brainstorming the first line. I like how it gives you more than one line to experiment with. I'm glad that I learned about this tool.

The lines are generic and can be seen as inauthentic to human prospects. You have to combine and rewrite lines so that your cold emails seem sincere and worth replying to.

super easy to use interface, customer support is quick to come help and the output is decent enough

the way the algorithm works with linkedin urls. Once I get my contacts from a scrapping platform, the way the linkedin URLS are output are not the way Lyne accepts them so I have to manually click on each link open the linkedin profile, copy the url, past it back into my google sheets. and do this for all my contacts. it gets quite time consuming. Didn't remove a star because all other AI personalization tools, i've tried do the same thing.

Really easy to use, overall I cannot fault it or the output it delivers.

This is such an easy to use piece of software. I'm not overly technical and I was up and running immediately after the free demo trial.

For the easiest email scraping, you do need LinkedIn sales navigator which is an added cost.
