It was easy to get started building lovely graphic images from the start. I put in a few lines of information and a couple of our demonstration photos and got beautiful designs. As a non-graphic designer who needs to get ad creative as quickly as possible this was a great option to produce designs.

I need specific sizes for my display advertising and found that the sizes don't match exactly what I need. They have horizontal, square, vertical, but no way to provide dimensions for the tool to customize.

All the creatives planned are same, there is no change. They have a set layout which simply fills in the picture and titles that you add.The potential is reall high yet I find it hard to utilize it since you can't alter anything after the substance are created.No opportunities for customization after the substance are created.

We signed up, entered a credit card for free trial. As soon as we realised the product is not for us, we removed the credit card in order for us to not be charged. There were no instructions on how to cancel the free trial and no button, so we assumed removing the credit card will be enough. After two months, when we were charged more than 600€ on a CC, we contacted them immediately and asked for a refund and their response was that they have a window of 7 days to decide whether refund or not. Today is 8th day and still no response. They also dont send any kind of emails regarding billing, product etc. so you basically dont know you are still using their product. I would heavily avoid them. Also the product is not as advertised, its generated videos are really bad and cant be used for anything.

From the first login we realized the product is not for us and it will not suffice.

I liked it overall and it is more convenient than creating the images manually.

This is a good time saving tool if you are creating many image ads.

Sometimes it would run a bit slow and I'm not very patient!

AdCreative has helped me and my team to speed up the visual ads creation process. Easy user interface, with a lot of templates, allows us to start fast and create our assets quickly.

Maybe, adding a dark mode theme for the user interface could be great.

Our overall experience can only be described as a waste of time, and this is a highly unethical company that lies about the quality of its product, provides refunds, and pretty much everything. Avoid them, save your money, and don't waste it with the poor quality results they will deliver.

There are no pros for this product. Its poorly designed with poor customer service

The product is like using templates from the 1990s. Really really bad. We did the trial, and based on how p[oor the designs were, we decided not to go ahead, yet they still charged our credit card. They promised a full refund when we contacted them back in February because they should not have charged us. As of one month later, we still have not received the refund, and when we contacted them, they just said, "It's in the queue." Poor customer service and highly unethical. Avoid this business. They are extremely dishonest and untrustworthy, and the product is rubbish.

Not a huge fan - the idea was nice but in the end, the product was almost unusable with no useful outputs.

I liked the idea of what AdCreative.ai was trying to do but the execution was flawed and buggy. Their scores were suspect and the creatives more often than not did not provide good composition. Often, the core part of the images would be out of frame and the text would be placed in awkward ways. It felt like they had dozens of templates that just placed things by default with no regard to the content length or imagery.

There were lots of bugs at the time, losing projects created in the past, slow support, and overall development felt like it was at a standstill out of the gate.

I mostly use it to design IG promos and it wasn't so difficult to get started with

AdCreative ai is one of the easiest Ads softwares i have used throughout my working days, and the cost is really not so high compared to other softwares

The AI engine is powerful, fast and mostly accurate. Once the system is fed enough data, it will be able to accurately predict future behaviors. We feed the system with millions of images everyday and the AI automatically learns how to recognize and distinguish between a good image and a bad one.

I understand that they are constantly improving the AI engine. Therefore, the creatives may sometimes look different than the ones that you've previously created.

I love the ability to have a short step-by-step process to mass produce creatives. It made the creative process much faster and produced pretty impressive creatives.

It didn't allow me to mass-produce with different headlines and subhead lines for Approval or A/B testing. Sometimes in the ideation stage we could use this for mock-ups

Major time saver without sacrificing quality. The posts are more attractive in 99% cases than an artist could design in a fraction of the time.

The automation plus the quality of the posts is the biggest reason we use it. It allows our social media manager to create awesome and attractive posts for our agency and several clients quickly. Besides that I've used it to create additional value for prospects in our pipeline and this effort shows a ton of value which helps our conversions. Highly recommended.

There were some issues in V.1 six or months ago, but we knew it was still new. Recently it has worked like a charm and I'm glad to see the new features and formats rolling out consistently.

Excellent user experience and design go into this tool. I adore the striking colors and the user interface's expert design. I'm excited about the upcoming new features and integrations because it's clear that great effort was taken in designing this software. Fantastic tool! I am very interested in learning how this product will benefit marketers and small company owners. The future, in my opinion, belongs to artificial intelligence-generated social media post designs and ads. It makes it easier to "spaghetti-test" your advertising concepts without spending a lot of time creating numerous designs. Additionally, it is quite helpful for social media marketing, where you may not have the time to manually design your content but still need to create enough content to broadcast.

I really don't have anything bad about this software

After testing out a lot of different apps promising the same, Adcreative has been unmatched.

I have been doing creative design for the past 8 years and I can tell you that this app is different. The quality of the AI blew me away, as I never use these features because from my experience they are always just BAD. The technology doesnt work yet and the results are... not good :) In case of adcreative the AI tool is saving me so much time and I use these designs to deliver advertisements for my clients who are promoting 6 and 7 figure businesses. That means these designs work and can run a business, can't tell that about any other app.

I haven't found anything that I did not like about this app. It's really good.

Its a nice concept but i would say the product is in its quite early stages, it should still be in beta and not released. long way to go.

The ease of creating multiple sizes and options of creatives for ads

All the creatives designed are same, there is no change. they have a set template which just fills in the image and titles that you add. I did not fine anything AI related to that process.

Really happy to render multiple designs instantly. Like any other application it needs some improvement. I would really like to be able to edit the final design not just the text and uploading an image.

Renders different designs quickly and very simple to use. I love that AdCreative.ai is able to render different sizes on a selected design or all of the designs.

Once the designs are populated and the existing image is replaced, on rendering some designs retains the previous images. Not being able to edit the design once populated.

For someone who has never run ads before, this is likely a great tool. For someone like myself, or an agency looking for a more flexible/robust tool, I would recommend looking at another solution.

This is great software to get multiple ad ideas up and running quickly and easily. It is fairly intuitive to use and doesn't take much time to get familiar with to ramp up efforts.

The versions of the ads that were developed are very limited in flexibility. You can't remove elements, drag them, adjust them, or anything like that. You are given the lines and have to draw within them. This might be fine for most people, but did not fit with our model.

I like the tool, the ease of use to create images for social meadia and ads quickly. Really saves me lot of time.

It creates a lot of ads or social media posts in seconds saving me time. And it is very easy to use. You can also integrate with other tools and platforms (as google, meta ads) to create and publish your ads in a breeze.

Created images are not editable - while you can re-generate them (change photo or texts), there is no graphic editor to edit them in more detail, and you can't download them in editable format. While there are lot of temlates and they are nice, the set of templates is limited and reused over and over again.

I know there are already a lot of AI out here, while there might be little AI for images, but I am sure there will be a lot in near future. But adcreative.ai will be one step ahead, it's because they do not focus on AI but focus on result through the AI. They have a feature called scoring. Just use the score 90 out of 100 and you will get best performance

Marketing campaigns are alot easier to execute, track and make reports on.

I love all the features available to track and automate tasks . This is a good innovation and real game changer.

For the time I have used it I haven't yet found a feast that I dnt like.

AdCreative is definitely a creative tool. It generates easy on-the-go ads for you, and the idea is quite brilliant. What I like most about this tool is how easy it is to use, and how many different posts it can create for you in no time.

I have used the tool a handful of times, and unfortunately, it has not always been stable for me. I notice that when the platform works, it is working smoothly and nicely. But I have also experienced that in some attempts have failed because the API is not responding, leaving me hanging and unable to generate anything because it is lagging or loading forever.

Pretty horrible due to trusting this site with my details to abuse them. For a Paris based business that used USD should have been my first indication.

They hide their reviews very well, plenty of social platforms over face book, reddit, twitter and other platforms. Would look up Australian Business podcasts, as there will be an extensive review of this upcoming over multiple platforms detailing victims of this company.

No emailed invoices, notice of subscription or cancellation. Customer service will not reply unless threatened - Will lie about refunds that will never follow through. I suggest looking at the youtube/reddit/facebook platforms that also detail this.

This company is a scam. Be sure to search Reddit for all the people who have gotten ripped off by them. Sadly, they were able to secure investor money as it is a completely fraudulent company just in it to take people's credit cards and charge them even after they cancel their accounts. Star away!!!
