I think one of the worst points of this platform is the user friendlyness. Maybe I'm not a pro, but it was difficult for me to understand how to use it at first.

You need to use other concepts and best practices, but they offer a great information about it in his blog. MuleSoft is a great application like ESB (on-premise and CloudHub).

Overall, I am happy with Mule ESB which does the job of required integration either in SOAP or REST.

We use this for our end users to help with system intergartion and its been the best results over its compertion.

This is one the best studio o have ever seen very best in quality and customer support was awesome.

Sometimes the UI is stuck and drags the time along. Every release has something new and sometime that is little difficult to grab on and make changes to the code.

I had very good experience while i was working with mulesoft. The best thing i like in mulesoft is to ease of use.

Documentation was missing few details for connectors.

Since it's acquired by SalesForce, hopefully, they move to cloud development.

Community and MuleSoft Support has been outstanding.

We need to raise a case if we face a issue and average respond time from mulesoft folks is not fast as would expect. We have faced this problem couple of times in my office.

AnyPoint have a skilled customer support, they are quick to answer and help you. Besides that AnyPoint is simple to use with powerful features and tools.

And also Dataweave is very rich and solid expression language users can use to easily transform data into desired output.

When batch processing is done extensively causes delays, it represents a big problem at the time of integration.

Mulesoft is great tool to work on which provide lots of integration point. Its increase the development activity and reduce the maintains cost.

When there's a problem, we don't always get alerts right away. We always find that some problem is being worked on, but we don't know what it is.

They have provided solid support, adding in API functionality with quick turn-around. Other media agencies I spoke to also provided positive feedback.

The new quick editor (filter, customize) buttons are really great to have.

We were facing the Problem that due to different Locations of the AdServers we had counting differences due to different time zones.

We also appreciate the help from the support team, they are always trying to solve our problems as fast as they can and try to they put our ideas into reality.

What I don't like is that there are often problems with data actuality. But for our work that's crucial and we need to be able to rely on the data displayed within the dashboards/widgets.

Adverity is a constantly evolving great ETL system. We can work well in it to make great dashboards and reports to help our colleagues and make our clients happy.

Because we are a smaller agency with a singular analytics point-person, it was critical for us to work with a company that has robust tech support.

Furthermore, we are working with our fantastic account manager to create one-of-a-kind budget burn and workload forecasts by integrating our time tracking system and project management software.

Overall it is a fast-evolving useful ETL system with great Insights platform.

I like the possibility of having data from different Datasources in one system. You have a perfect overview of all your campaigns.

Some error messages are not explanatory and, again, require some experience with the product and technical knowledge.

I enjoy using adverity for it's big variety of API. It makes it so easy and sales a lot of development time.

Overall it's a helpful tool which can save you a lot time when it's set up & working correctly.
