  • Pros

  • I really love the interface, it's easy and powerful at the same time. You have everything you need.
  • During the time we were using NewRelic we were 100% on-prem environment so for this model, the software met out requirement. It was easy to deploy new checks.
  • Cons

  • The pricing is absolutely crazy, especially for small companies. Too many features locked behind expensive paywalls.
  • The customer support is dreadful. We wait over 5 days for a response and then have to chase.

  • Very easy to integrate with any system. Hardly miss any error as long as we pass the request to raygun.
  • Its super helpful having a tool that allows me to offload the conscious effort of checking graphs, log aggregators, and similar health check mechanisms.
  • Cons

  • Not able to send notifications to people when a particular error reoccurs.
  • Sometimes the event grouping does not work exactly as expected but that could be user error.
