You can put so much of your data into Jestor. I love the fact you can put Excel data into it so that anybody can look at it.

We've noticed a real improvement in some of these activities with Jestor and the support that Jestor provides when we have any doubts/problems is also very effective.

Overall, we are very happy with Jestor due to their ability to quickly deliver exactly what we need to improve our operational process.

Jestor Is Super Useful for Business Processes.

I could not use the app for Windows, it doesn't work well, it not even open.

The platform was very intuitive and easy to use.

We will preferably deal with 2 or 3 different apps to manage everything than pay 1000 a month.

Jestor's pricing model is moderately confusing with what does and doesn't count as an action.

You guys should communicate the changes that you are planning and implementing. Several times I had to do re work because of changes that happen and I was no aware that they would happen.

For me it's awesome the directioning we can do for the tasks, for specific users, this organizes and give really security about the information and workflow.

The Cons for this is probably it's pricing structure. It also could give itself a new interface update, sometimes it is a little difficult to navigate through everything.

Viewer and loading times can be tedious, especially when used to other viewers. Email searches can be difficult.

The difficulty attached to navigating through the software is sometimes a headache. System runs slow and I and my team would have to perform some tasks manually at times.

There are so many different ways to do so many different things. Also there is a double log-in that is confusing and cumbersome for all users.

I use both the company server and Newforma, so sometimes I forget to upload items into the software as it is already on the company server.

Easily file emails (which are visible to other project team members/managers), track RFIs, submittal, reports, other project documents from one interface.

Ease of use, intuitive UI and comprehensive customer support. As long as the software is managed, it is pretty bulletproof.

Newforma is great for keeping track and sharing project documents including contracts, drawings, emails, and photos. The Cloud connector is essential for working remotely.

We can easily handle project workflow. Every phase can be managed in desired manner.
