Pretty bad, support is non existant, there is no chat support, no support out of hours - as I say this is not a business tool in any sense of the word.

The tool is actually pretty easy to use

The interface is all over the place, there is very little in logical work flow. There is no CMS, at best its a design tool. If you do not have a mid journey account or a chat gpt account it may provide some value. The biggest issue is there is no organised structure for different web projects, if you are a single web contractor, affiliate marketer or start up business it may be worth it - but for a business I would suggest you dont bother.

I really love the software and I can't wait to use the 3.0 software.

I have one complaint with customer support. I would like to see a 24/7 zoom access for user to be able to contact someone when you run into a issue when using the software.

I barely started using it, so I can't say it's made a change to my business yet, but I can tell it will be a big part of my business.

At first it was buggy and would constantly freeze on me. I knew I just have to give it some time for you guys to iron out the bugs and I'm sure glad I waited. Now when I use it, it works great! There is one thing missing that I hope you'll add soon. I'm looking into buying a software called ProfitLens from https://getprofitlens.com/regular/. Reason is that you can add your own photo and it will "cartoonize" it so you can use it as an avatar. I wish Marketing Blocks had that as one of their AI Tools. You know, an avatar maker kind of like LensaAI.

I like it's easy to access and use it's very beginner friendly and it has support readily available in case you do need it. I really do like the Facebook community as well because for people who are new with AI they are able to ask questions and learn tips and tricks in the Facebook community from other users. I can get 99 percent of my work done with Marketing Blocks. This saves me a ton of time and money.

I would love to simply input a product idea and have it auto generate the entire course for me. You can create course but you manually have to input the steps. Not difficult but it would be nice to just click on courses and have the entire thing there and ready. It would also be great if you had your own built in autoresponder.

Browser Extension is missing and I am sure the developers are working on it.

Amazing and I highly recommend this software. I recently had to do a complete redesign for a church, rebranding, logo, everything. I was able to use portions of their existing text on their site and brought it into MB and improved/expanded on that which gave it a whole new flavor. The logos turned out great and it was a winner to show up with not just a new website design, but also banners, business cards, and letterhead.

Everything from the customer service to how they continue to add value to their product. I love how easy it is to use and if I am ever stuck on something, the training is amazing and inspiring for future projects.

I am still getting to know the video editor and am figuring it out. I currently make assets in MB and then bring them over to Descript to do the final editing and seam everything together. It is a tool with incredible value and options and I keep discovering new things it is capable of.

I love the fact that the AI does the content for us because it's not everyone can do coy writing or content writing so when the AI does it work by us just giving a few words and all the websites content is automatically done to suit our liking, I think it's phenomenal.

I think if we can add like HTMLs would be awesome or more website templates like for certain businesses such as health services, doctor offices, restaurants etc.

I use MarketingBlocks daily and would not let someone take it away. You don't need experience to use MarketingBlocks, you just need an open mind and a desire to jump in and start using it for every possible need. There is a full ChatBlock section where you can ask it any questions and get full information. I even asked it for 10 birthday ideas for a 4 year old girl's birthday party and it gives you some great ideas!

My favorite thing about MarketingBlocks is the ease of use and how seamless all the pieces work together. You can create a brand new business just using each of the options in the content section. The software knows what to ask you to create information that helps you move to the next step. I also love the ArtBlock section where you can create a piece of art to add to you videos, slide, book covers etc. This is the best software I have used with the AI Technology. I have many and have tried many...but this one has EVERYTHING!

The only con I could find is that AI needs to get to know you and what you are looking for...so sometimes the stock photos it pulls in don't match what I need. Same with the video maker. But I think this will get better as the AI knows me and if I put in a little more information.

This is a software that I have been waiting for! It does so many things for me now and saves time. When you have your own business, it is hard to do everything yourself. Marketing Blocks takes care of the marketing side of things for me and gets the work done. It's like having an employee on your team with the exception that you don't have to pay them a wage.

I guess that I am inpatient to wait for the next instalment to come next on marketing blocks as I just want more software sections to come.
