The UI is very good and easy. We are using two softwares from RubyLogic and the UI was very good in multiple softwares we saw. The handling is very intuitive and reaction of support very fast and precise.

I'm using thre softwares from RubyLogic, each allows for better work organisation, supervision and data processing. The added value is that each application gives indicators of the individual processes it relates to, KPIs. Additionaly easy progress tracking, email reports, rankings, feedback for employees. Technical support is also very important to, quick help, great contact with the supplier.

The application has significantly improved the process of managing layered process audits in our company. It provides many solutions, that make the process of managing and supervising audits and corrective actions very effective, for example: - possibility of attaching a photo of the identified nonconformity, - possibility of assigning a person responsible for corrective actions already during the audit, - possibility to close actions implemented immediately during the audit using additional function: "Immediately corrected". and much more. Furthermore, many of our ideas were taken into account when improving Action Audit by Supplier, making the application even better suited to our needs.
