I work with it, and it showed me how easy can you manage a lot of users in more than 10 systems, its a central hub of users and authorizations.

I've been working with it, implemented it, the main use of it, you can access across all sap systems that it is installed, it makes much easier the administration of users and authorizations, because its a central database of users, also it is easier for the final user to get into sap systems, it doesn't have to remember their passwords for every system.

This software is not bad at all, i think it can become a little hard to install it and implement it correctly, but if you do it ok, then it will work great. The worst thing can happen is that if you block your user, it will be blocked on all systems.

It was pretty good.. i have worked on it for 3years and it has been pretty essy to use. I have worked on material managament and its great how it let you automize everything using TAK

The ease of use.. functionality.. no coding.. you just need to enter a transaction code to navigate Automation using TAO is pretty easy just recording

In just a click, you can readily connect to SAP. No need to create/memorize another set of password because you can waive it and use your pc log-in password.

If anybody knows your pc log-in password, they can easily access your SAP. Others may perform any function that you are authorized without your permission.

An essential add-on like product that makes the life easier if you are using lots of SAP products in your company.

Only when you are not connected directly to the company's network (if you are working from home, remotely with any device) then the product asks you to authenticate yourself sometimes. It is okay but it happens randomly and sometimes irritates.

I enjoy being able to quickly sign in and the added security of verification

The biggest pro for SSO is the ability to sign on with a few clicks vs needing to type in lengthy passwords.

It may be how our office set it up, but our SSO needs double verification that sometimes does not send a push notification leading to a longer sign on process.

The best way to utilise the landscape in secure manner without keeping the track of you credentials of different systems within the landscape.

SAP SSO integrate with limited applications so SAP has to provide integration capability with third party SSO integration as well

I am forced to use this software by my employer and I deal with it, but there are several problems that I really can't stand.

That I only have to remember one password and not many

I am forced to change my password every six months. It doesn't work when you use a VPN and it will invalidate your Office 365 password if used with a VPN.

With the SSO feature, we can login to multiple SAP interface at once . Very effective and time saving.

Theere are no major cons in this part since I have been using it.

Overall, I would recommend SAP Single Sign-On as it saves me time.

Personally, I do not have any qualms with this software. I work for a large organisation so I imagine there might be a large cost to implement this product but it works and I'm happy with it.

The software has many different reports that are extremely useful for financial analysis.

Implementation of this product does take a while so you would need to factor this in for your business

- I use SAP all the time in my role getting sales data and looking up essential data in my supply chain so its great how the single sign on allows me to save more time.

Personally, I have no issues with the product. I have heard that SAP is expensive but I work for a large organization so there is definitely a cost benefit
