The Best Software For Selling Cars

They are very quick to answer any questions and they take care of any issues promptly.

PROS

I have been with AutoXplorer since 2003. I have tried a couple of the competitors, but they don't compare in price or ease of use. I would highly recommend them.

CONS

Nothing. I like everything about the software.

Good Customer Support - For a Price

The cost of the monthly support license became excessive. We ended up changing vendors.

PROS

The software was very simple to deploy and install. especially if you are a small retail auto dealer or wholesaler. Vendor was extremely receptive to adding new forms. I also liked the integration with 700credit.

CONS

Navigating between the screens is pretty cumbersome, especially for the most common of functions (i.e. vehicle intake, basic retail transaction, etc..)

Reason for choosing AutoXplorer

We were beta testers for the product because our dealership was in a very small state.

Do not trust your business with the

For years it was great, now the new company holds you hostage and won’t honor existing commitments contracts.

PROS

Was a great product until new owners bought the company, now they won’t honor existing contracts and 10 years of customer data an over 7000 records are gone unless we pay up the nose for a new platform when we had purchased a license years ago.

CONS

The new [sensitive content hidden]. they won’t honor existing contracts and will force you to a new platform, otherwise years of data is gone

Family Auto Sales - Wouldnt change for anybody.

As a car guy that has used almost every platform out there for desking and inventory management I will be happy to stand behind this product and put them up against the heaviest of hitters. It does exactly what I need it to and then some.

PROS

Everything we really need is integrated, from our desking tools, to inventory, even running credit through their affiliates if we choose to go that route.

CONS

Its software, doesnt matter if its Microsoft or AutoXplorer, issues will arise but everytime we have had an issue the technical support team was quick to answer our phone call and address whatever the problem was at that moment. I cant remember one time having downtime that lasted for more then the length of the phone call.

I've been with AutoXplorer since 2012 and have seen lots of improvement since.

PROS

This software is so easy that any body can use and master it in a very short time. Starting with the inventory, all needs to be done to enter VIN number and Pictures and the Price and you can take it to your website and any other engine search for advertising, and when it come to make a deal all you enter is the customer's information and the rest is done by Autoxplorer!

CONS

The only thing that I wanted to see was to have multi finance companies to be on the same page.

They are VERY good about customer service, the support team is litteraly always available to help aso soon as you call.

PROS

Whats best about his software is that it is very easy to use, everthing is set up very organized and self explanatory. If you're good with computers you will litteraly teach yourself within an hour on how everything works.

CONS

If your pc isnt up to date it causes the software to not function sometimes where you have to call customer support.

Best Tool for ANY Dealer!!!

The software is very user friendly and adaptable. Customer service is always there when you need them. Also the fact that they resolve the issue without a walk through makes our lives so much easier and less stressful.

PROS

The fact that I am able to use this as a one stop shop. I am able to handle all of my sales, finance, advertisment and run reports all with great ease!! Great software!

CONS

That I didnt know about it sooner. Would recommend 100%

best program for the buck

PROS

Representative in support are the best part of Autox . They takes care of any problems right away. I have used rey rey, auto manager and dealer track. for the buck this is the best.

CONS

AR left. Hours could be better for support. Nice that I am able to call representative though.

No leasing module is available and there isn't a way (according to tech support) to automatically add in late fees in the BHPH accounts rec. area.

Simple Desking Software

I purchased that for few of my small dealer clients, and it is doing the job.

PROS

There are so many desking software for car dealer, but which is the right software for one depend on dealer size and operation. AutoXplorer is simple and effective for small car dealers.

CONS

This software has all features that a small car dealer need to keep track of inventory and customer, but when it comes to creating reports, it need improvement.
