One stop OMS for multi-channel commerce
the onboarding process was smooth and the ui/ux is better than the previous vendor we were using.
PROSyou can add multiple warehouses without additional costs
CONSit can be buggy at times, would need to clear cache multiple times.

Futuristic e-commerce and WMS solution for your business
We are using it since last 3 to 4 years and we are happy with it. It's automatically inventory synchronisation feature helped us to improve our productivity. We don't have to login every marketplace website for inventory updation. It's Real time inventory synchronisation feature helped us to reduce orders cancellation rate due to non availability of stock. Barcode based WMS enabled us to use handheld devices for picking and putaway, which ensures maximum inventory accuracy.
PROS1) Multi sales channel integration at one place. 2) real time inventory synchronisation on all channels. 3) Orders processing for various sales channels from one place. 4) Suitable for all types of inventory i.e electronics, apparels etc. 5) Inventory can be maintained in bundled sku also. 6) Improves productivity and saves manpower cost. 7) Easily accessible from anywhere no need to depend on particular system. 8) Smart e-commerce and WMS solution. 9) It helped us to implement barcode based WMS at our warehouse. 10) We can use Handheld device for picking and putaway which ensures maximum inventory accuracy.

PROSNo doubt, this software is very friendly, easy to access for every module, like invoice sync payment & credit note .
CONSI am using this software from last more than two year but from 1st day to till day i am not 100% secure, that which entry sync that are correct or not, always check single single entry mainly this types problem facing in payment reco.

Manage multi channel orders and inventory easily
We are using Easyecom since last 4 years and we are happy with it. Multi channel orders processing from one place not only saves our time but also increase orders fulfillment rate. We have achieved 1000 orders processing target daily with same manpower. Earlier it was around 300-400 orders only.
PROS1) Multi channel orders can be processed from Easyecom 2) It enabled us to automate warehouse processes. We able to implement barcode based WMS in our warehouse. 3) We can create and process Offline/manual orders also. No need of another software is required. 4) It has feature to get Inventory synchronised automatically marketplace wise. 5) It has helped to improve productivity, order fulfillment rate. 6) number of marketplace can be integrated with Easyecom for easy orders processing and inventory management.
CONSIt requires minimum bandwidth of 4 mbps. It will not work properly until there is sufficient bandwidth.

Best Warehousing Management Software
I have been using EasyEcom from past 2 years. It's a very useful and interesting plate form to manage all your marketplace inventory and also order processing. My personal opinion is past 2 years is good. Support staff are also good and resolve all your problem within a minutes. Overall good Team & good support system.

overall software is good easy to use auto GRN is nice feature.
i like most that report are well organised and inventory view by sku and shelf is good. auto grn is good feature and it save time. shelving is easy to create . rest features are ok like master sku creation changing product attribute etc.
CONSi personally feel that some feature are missing that should be included. 1. SKU transaction history is missing . 2. order wise pickslip generation is missing. 3. rollback option for GRN or SALE. apart from that some features i dont like. 1. if we do auto grn vendor name is auto selected first one it should not be like that there should be none selected after selecting the vendor it should be ask for reference no. if we do upload autogrn template and clicked doubled it takes double grn but if refernce no. is there it should show error msg reference no.already uploaded to avoid double GRN. rest i still using it and walked through some features.

Tech support is amazing
The software is not user friendly but the tech support is fantastic. Need an ACCOUNT MANAGER URGENTLY.
PROSProcessing orders are simple. It helps streamline orders and shipments.
CONSCreating a random bundle of products becomes difficult here, whereas its easier in software like Unicommerce. It takes a lot of time to understand this software. Could be made a little simpler. Its very difficult to understand this without tech support. An account manager is really needed

PROSWe purchased this as part of a lifetime promotion they were running so the price was fantastic given the number of features they promised.
CONSThere is no customer support. And when you can get someone to answer, they do not provide solutions and stop responding within a few minutes. It also changes inventory levels in our Shopify site- even for products that are seemingly not found in our EasyEcom dashboard. Also, it auto assigns SKUs to products that then can not be changed.

-Tally integration team doesn't know how to do it -Every morning order processing for one or the other site is not working -Their support is uninformed, unprofessional and they have no SLA. They would resolve an issue if they feel like. - solutions to all problems is wait for 10-15 mins, after which their chat window will close. -The support is offline also during business hours! -So there are multiple issues in their product and the support is offline. -The person who sold u the product will stop responding to u. In my case, it was a guy. -Basically all employees u contact will ping-pong ur issue. You will be frustrated
