Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Multiorders is very in-line with our requirements, easy to use and has a fantastic customer support team. Sales and after sales is brilliant.
  • Nothing gives me more confidence that I have made the right choice than these people's perfectionism and desire to help. The software itself is like a mirrored image to the people behind it.
  • Cons

  • If you make a mistake, though, you can copy that order, create a new one with that information, correct the data you need to correct, and delete the previous one.
  • This was in response to an order, where Multiorders should have reduced stock just by the amount sold - obviously this resulted in over-selling.

  • Pros

  • It integrates well with Google Analytics for no charge, but for an additional minimal charge (compared to going direct) you can integrate with Glew analytics. I recommend this highly.
  • Zoey was real easy to use to get our online store up and running. The integration with Google is also very nice.
  • Cons

  • Other times, we get a question instead of an answer. The other problem I have, is I never know how much my credit card will be charged.
  • Monthly price is a little high compared to competitors and there is no way to run multiple sites/stores from one account.
