A perfect product for our eCommerce needs!
its a pleasure working with their team and very happy with the partnership.
PROSUser friendly interface. Great customer service. Affordable price. Numerous choices of plugins to choose for our customized needs.
CONSDon't know any as of now. We had issues with their old platform, but all those are fixed in their version 2 upgrade.

Sellers Commerce Review
The support was really good most of the time. Sometimes I had to wait a couple of days to get a reply back. I believe that my customers don't use it as much as they used to as they told me it was not user friendly. My revenue from the internet has fallen.
PROSI liked that I could have all or most of the items I wanted and do offer from all the difference catalogs I get inventory from.
CONSIt was hard to understand on how to do things. Like in the postage, it was hard to get it to work the correct postage with out calling support to do it. When I tried to do a section for each of my groups, it didn't get the write pricing and then it seemed to show all the items for my groups and website to the public. I thought I had checked not to see but I guess I must not have. You had to copy each item to get it to the groups.

Uniform Market has been a very professional and responsive partner. The team is always eager to help and we look forward to our continued growth.
PROSOne of the features we benefited the most from was the variety of supplier product catalog integration. This feature alone has been a game changer. We are a multi-industry uniform provider and the quantity and variety of SKU's that we needed to create and manage was overwhelming. Uniform Market completely removed that burden from us, saving us a tremendous amount of time and money and ultimately providing a robust shopping experience for our valued customers.
CONSWe are currently having issues with API integration between Uniform Market's ecommerce platform and our particular in-house operating software/pos management. Additionally, there seems to be some conflict or disconnect between our website category customization and the supplier product feeds.

Great potential
Love the team but can be slow in response at times.
PROSIt's easy to use and manage by ourselves. However, the functionality is limited. Not able to link info to download info in logical format.
CONSWish there were more functions on the back end retrieving information and the front end to look and function more like a BTC e-commerce web portal. Visually and aesthetically is basic.

Good- There is a learning curve but once you get accustomed to the key features and work in it daily, the benefits are numerous.
PROSUniform Manager is great for assisitng end users purchase uniforms on allowance based programs
CONSI would like to see more and better training for this product. A Seller's Commerce University that involves 2-3 days onsite- training.

Great software - B2B Customer Love it.
I've been using SellersCommerce for around 10 years and am constantly amazed by the continual improvements in functionality.
PROSThe ability to customize a uniform program to individual companies and their needs.
CONSI would like to see a better middle ground between the RetailerPro and B2BProgramManager. Something that is better and more customization than the Preferred groups, but not quite as full blown as the Program Manager.

Love the system
The overall experience has been exceptional. From training day one I was able to work at my own pace and reach out with any questions. All resolutions were complete within a timely manner.
PROSUniform market allows customers place orders online with customer specific items and allows for allotment tracking.
CONSThere can sometimes be an email overload with user setup, forgot passwords, order shipping notifications etc.
Reason for choosing UniformMarket
The system was already turn key and didn't require reinventing the wheel. [sensitive content hidden] was very informative and walked me through start to setup. Understanding I was from a different system in a previous company she knew exactly what I was looking for.

Easy for apparel business
In the apparel industry there are so many skus in the business that having it all on hand from uniform market is very helpful and possible to just click and add when you do not have an IT Dept in house
CONSThere are a lot of bugs/glitches that are out of my hands to fix.

I like that items are loaded and available to post.
CONSExtra charges were added without our consent and removed when questioned. But I’m Leary of them charging and keep a very close eye.
