The product seems great from a outsider's point of view. That is why I pushed for the swap.

Avast is user friendly softwaare but home page notification better then custom ooption.

This does tremendously simplify management and saves as so much time. We've got a few VPSs and the ability to manage their protection/security without having to login to each of them has been great.

I also enjoy that its primary interface is fairly user friendly, with most functions intuitively accessible with the click of a mouse.

Pricing is best in the business, so it's a great value. And, last but not least, the newly updated Remote-IT feature is excellent and unmatched by any competing product.

The amount of space it took up on the computer was insane, everything went slower than ever before.

In the time since I switched over to CloudCare, the situation has grown far worse than it was a couple of years ago. I have hung on hoping things would improve, but instead it has gotten worse.

I believe the software couldn't handle huge data needs. As our company is growing we are upgrading to their more premium plans which are quite costly.

Even though I have added domains to the whitelist for the email scan in Outlook they still go into spam.

There is no way to push a rule for the ports I need.

The Adminstrator's user interface is well designed for efficiency, it is value for money and offers protection.

But suggest for anyone looking into using this product FIRST try the 30 free trial to make sure it fits for your needs.

The scan runs at noon, which was set up by the administrator (not me) and that does interfere with my computer screen. This is a small issue and just a little annoying.

Very easily managed by admins, easily deployed and notifications are great. Support is great if you are an AVG partner.

We have solved that before everyone was on different things free and paid, and some not at all. We now have unified system which is fabulous.

The interface looks great and  I like the email scan functionality.

I did give a year of time since I purchased the seats. Hoping the issues would get resolved.

Audit trail for this software is sub optimal and this is quite disappointing because of Avast's reputation.

Can be slow sometimes, causing users to reboot. Has been known to conflict with some scanner software.

Avast is a really good, bit easier to use and easy in installation, quickly and has good support. Can be used on mobile devices.

The built in Premium Remote Control is awesome. Also the ability to control the surfing of computers by creating a simple policy and assigning the policy to the computer(s).

Very easy to configure with plenty of options, very reliable and quick to perform its backups. They also keep it up to date with regular upgrades.

The three things I like most about it are. Reliability: I have come to totally trust its ability to accurately restore my data when required.

I have a number of computers, each backing up to a secondary drive and then all the secondary drives backing up to a master computer. Works perfectly and I seldom need to look at it.

I tried many backup software like Acronis, EaseUS or Paragon but GRBackup is the best of all.

Don't Let This Happen To You. The title says it all, Ihave been in the IT field since 1965 and have struggled through many system crashes.

Highly dependable, good balance of features and ease-of-use.

It is not possible to find anything negative about GRBack.

The only issue really is that it is sometimes a bit difficult to navigate through all the different options.

I don't really have any points I dislike on GRBackPro. I am a user since the early 2000s.

Getting in the habit of backing up my data so that I can recover files has saved me countless hours/days of work to re-construct a file system.

Setup used to be difficult, but with the update a couple of years ago, it is a piece of cake now.

On top of many advanced features, I like knowing that I will almost certainly receive an answer to a support question within hours, or a day at most.

It is easy to use with multiple backups and it keeps different backups seperate.

The experience has been excellent and support is fast, friendly and successful.

The support for this product is outstanding. They will get back to you in a very short period of time, and their solutions are spot on correct every time.

GRBackPro is very versatile and flexible so you can customize what and how you want files backed up. Also performs reliably and is fast.

It is easy to use, has all the features you need and builds simple zip-files that can be browsed outside the program. I use GRBackup since over ten years and would never miss it.
