The security level of the software is very good. Can get the back up anytime.

It is very easy to understand and implementation  also very easy on users side. It's backup policy and VPN service is very easy to use with static IP.

It has been good and people have stayed with the company so it must be a good company.

We have been using Blackbox for about 4 years now. The onitial reason this attracted us was for the baisc simplicity and addressing a basic need to conteol aceess to data.

Deleted files can be recovered (2) access to people as per requirement (3) backups (4) tracking of work by people ...(5) support.

Autocratic centralization  and back up is a good features.

The major problem we experince is related to the inter et becoming blocked many times on its own and the absence of an alarm system if a backup has not pccurred.

The problem is sometimes it takes 4-8 hours or several days for a person to contact us. Sometimes a ticket is not resolved to satisfaction but it is unilaterally closed by your associate.

The sorting functionality is poor. The files do not appear to sort alphabetically.

Setup is very easy and the drives have worked very reliably. We were able to integrate with our on-prem ActiveDirectory, enabled DFS drive mapping, then moved files over from our file server.
