It started out as a good product but has become better and better with the last few upgrades.

One of the customer rep's knowledge of ACOM products is outstanding and has made my learning experience easy.

The software is user friendly and easy to manage. I like that we were able to upgrade for no cost when we went from EZ Pay Manager to EZ Pay Suite.

It's easy to use and makes check printing fast and easy. Great customer service with prompt answers and solutions.

Ease of Use, integrated with our accounting package easily,  easy multi-company usage can use any check stock.

Twice I brought up a deficiency in the software and I was told it a request would be submitted to correct it but the problem would not be fixed till the next release.

I appreciate that it does quicken the overall process and facilitates better internal controls for the AP process.

Ugly interface, difficult to navigate settings. Crash prone when checkbook settings need to be changed.

We use the software to print checks and have received a very reliable service and products. We are expanding the services with this company based on the trust and the good services that they provide.

Have to use a physical key to switch between print makes it difficult first thing in the morning. If FTP is turned on the printer it will print crazy symbols first time when we turn on the printer.

The software is fantastic and will allow our company to much better serve our customers.

The cost is probably the biggest Pro. We also like the ease of use, but in the setup and in the document retrieval.

Ease and speed of use, it doesn't take very long at all to launch and response times are excellent. The tech on the other end was very knowledgeable and we got the issue resolves quickly.

The software is easy to use with seamless integration with the I -Series spool files.

I can have various check books/checking accounts. I like the customer service support, they are always kind and helpful.

The only con that I can think of and probably from my lack of using the product and not understanding how it is constructed. Seems that vendor has to make changes to the images that the company uses.

Ease of use,  Once the initial learning curve has been reached, the software is really easy to adapt. Product support is great to help.

This product is very easy to use and does a great job at risk management. The parameters that are built in are specific to our industry and take a lot of the guesswork out of risk analysis.

I love having all our vendors in one location and on a schedule for reviews. We like how you can assign an owner who knows the asset best to help you accurately manage.

Some of the risk assessments have several questions on it. We have trouble with some of the vendor items.

We are taking the guesswork and manual labor out of the risk management process. Streamlining many of the info sec tasks required.

Data in the module feeds into other modules, which is great for building policy and program documents and reduces redundancy of data entry.

TRAC makes us more efficient in our operations/compliance and gives us back time. Nothing is more valuable than time in a community bank when one of the biggest keys is lean operating.

Sometimes hard to remember that I have to reset our search functions to see everything.

Support staff makes this product an A+ product and make up for any functionality limitations compared to other competitors.

TRAC provides easy to use and up to date tools to help automate and assist an organization in the implementation of their information security program.

Also great for audits and project tracking from any area. SBS does great with qtrly fun educational meetings to share and expand knowledge of the product.

I love how the audit findings flow to the action tracking. Each person is then responsible for updating their findings.

It is helpful to track our outstanding audit findings and track our policies renewal dates.

SBS and Trac is a great place to begin your Information Security Program (ISP). Their system makes it possible to build a cohesive program.

An amazing asset to cover most of our policies and risk assessments. Examiners are very satisfied with the results we gain from Trac.

The customization available is also very useful.

The way it helps you determine and lay out vendors, network, and access points makes the process easy and satisfies the regulators. Cybersecurity Accessment also has a good summary for Execs.

If not admin; some users find it difficult to use. Not intuitive to not IT brains.

The rating is easy and customizable but also the heavy lifting of risk and rating has been pre-entered to help get you started and keep evolving. Examiners love it - since easy to follow.

Easy to use, great product for risk assessment, policy storage approval tracking, and vendor management analysis and reviews.

The question sets do not reset each year so it makes it difficult to follow which ones still need to be revisited when you come back to the software to complete them after you’ve left it.

Permissions are a bit confusing in the implementation.
