We utilize most of the Tandem software modules. All modules are very feature rich, yet very similar user interface makes learning  new features or modules seamless.

Reduced time to manage audits and track mitigation tasks. One virtual location to store documentation such as audit, risk and compliance docs.

My least favorite aspect of the software is the INABILITY to unlink the modules.

So many options available. From BCP to Risk Analysis.

Sometimes it's hard to figure out what to do in the modules. I think it's a team issue tho as most of us do not watch the videos on the products.

The software is very comprehensive and modules are interfaced as a cross reference. In addition our auditors and regulators love it.

Ease of use and to the point customer support would be the key success points. Templates are always there to get help and tutorial shows a lot to offer for beginners.

Exceptional and easy to use Information Security platform that is delivered at an affordable price.

The customer service is fantastic and is always very prompt to respond to our inquiries. I feel that they are very approachable and offer solutions when called upon.

Staff is very accessible and responsive. Excellent training provided live and recorded.

Any questions or concerns are answered immediately and the people are always friendly and willing to help.

When using the Business Continuity module, I often run into a few conflicts with the listed vendors that are linked to the Vendor Management module.

I'll be the first to purchase a change management module if/when they build it into their ecosystem.

They desperately need an onboarding component into vendor management platform.

Both good and bad, there is a lot of interplay between the different modules. Since all of the modules are tied together making a change to one may require you to make corrections to several others.

The basic functionality of many different risk management needs are addressed and for the price, it cannot be beat and the interoperability between the modules is excellent.

The best feature of the software is the ease of use for Board Reporting and tracking tasks and assignments across our organization.

I also greatly appreciate the webinars. They are very responsive to the users.

The system is always evolving and that they listen to their users. Love the access to all the training videos and super quick responses from the support team.

Cons would appear if you are to use other modules maybe, but the modul we tried revealed no staggering points.

I like the integration between the modules that provides you with a comprehensive snapshot of what the examiners are concerned about the most.

Tandem software and CoNetrix staff are both amazing.

The Tandem Software is easy to use and is a good value with many useful features.

Like how the data integrate with their other module allowing the user to do less clicking.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find the exact section of information you are looking for if you don't use it often.

It is a highly manual process to go through each Risk Assessment and add the potential new control and then remove it if it is not adopted.

Sometimes the tasks built into the process can be so simple or repetitive that I am concerned that users will just check them off without thinking whether they actually did the task.

Ease of use and continued improvements to functionality.

BankPoint was a crucial part of our process for PPP loans. It has cut down our reliance on spreadsheets to handle workflow and pipeline reporting.

I use ARCS daily for the pipeline, and also for the loan portfolio to avoid using Jack Henry.

Inability to export historical data for a loan in bulk (i.e. daily balances) is annoying, and something easy that should be in place already.

The URL for a loan detail page uses an internal numbering system, not the loan number itself, which is annoying for creating external links.

The simplicity of the system makes it very user friendly.

The integration was done in a single day. I know they also support the other major cores.

Overall a great partner and highly recommended.

As we have added a very detailed product to our product line, we have found that BankPoint is most flexible and efficient in brainstorming on how to best on-board the product.

It is a true add on tool to any core system. It manages asset review programs, REO products (including AP integration), general loan inquiry, concentration monitoring and portfolio risk ratings.

Extracts lack full customization, such as reordering data fields.

BankPoint is a bank management solution that helps financial institutions manage credit approvals, deposits, loan portfolios and more on a centralized platform. Administrators can use the customizable loan pipeline dashboard to assign tasks, add documents, track customer interaction history and configure user permissions.


BankPoint's loan review functionality allows bankers to track loan levels, auto-populate content based on previous reviews, and automatically add post-review recommendations, such as change to risk rating, non-accrual and more. The document management module enables employees to use a drag-and-drop interface to upload files, maintain file versions and create document packages in multiple file formats, including images, PDFs and Excel. Additionally, the covenant dashboard lets users create custom agreement types, maintain a covenant review history and generate exception reports.


BankPoint facilitates integration with several third-party customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, including Salesforce. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via documentation, email and phone.
