There are very very occasional errs, People receive wrong time on their reminders.

They were awesome then and they are awesome now. Intuitively easy to use and set up so no long staff trainings needed.

This can be frustrating for the customer/patient and be a bad look for the owner.

I cannot always get to the phone and I don't miss new clients when they can book directly online. The other nice thing is the customer review integration.
