It is easy to use and they are constantly innovating and adding new features. The scheduling functionality is reliable and consistent.

I was able to setup the software and started to use it in 1 day. The user guide is really helpful specially the case studies.

Rich features with access to variables in stream and API config allows us to replace other ETL tools.

The software is extremely flexible out of the box without needing to rely heavily on scripts to accomplish tasks.

Its compatible with different organizations and Active Batch can easily integrate with other applications which makes it easy to access and automates all workloads in different platforms.

I love that in addition to its many built-in functions, it can execute scripted steps in any language using a simple XML config file.

The data cannot be easily exported out easily to a excel format making it a bit difficult to extract data. Also getting other users to manage their jobs was getting difficult.

The good features of Active batch is real time processes and accurate data capturing on tool. Very easy to use , good user interface, Not much pre-requisite needed, very handy.

Almost however you want to look at status, ActiveBatch has you covered. Great support for integration with other technologies and services.

Job library is fantastic, can use different job steps basically mix match job steps from different built-in jobs which can solve complex tasks.

Since the product is so diverse and can do so much, it can be really hard to get started using the product.

Handling Job scheduling and complicated workloads has become Easy and simple using ActiveBatch's User-friendly Interface. We have good Resources and documents to understand this Tool.

ActiveBatch has been very reliable and we continue to find new ways that it can improve our workflows.

Biggest problems solved are scheduling and job dependency issues.

The best part of this is that we can schedule the timer according to our business needs, no need of manual triggering. It helps to increase the speed while consuming APIs/Web services to any endpoint.

I was able to create jobs at no time. What I like most about this software is the ease of use and the versioning control.

Some features in UI are confusing and documentation doesn't always help.

PowerShell errors can be cumbersome. Also getting other users to manage their own jobs.

Our experience has been great, we have never had any major issues with the tool in the 8+ years we've used it.

The could provide much training materials ,Other that this no such dislikes.

Thanks to the automation this tool provides, though our company has quadrupled in size, our team has not had to add any members.

The support team is very good and always eager to help. The only issues we have is the difference in time zones in response from the support team due to that.

Powershell has been a little bit of a problem, so its hard to get people to manage their own things. There is small problems with scheduling and job dependency issues.

I'm hard-pressed to find anything I dislike about this product or company.

I use insight squared to track my progress regarding outbound calls, submissions, interviews and placements.

Even less analytics savvy users will be able to benefit from a wealth of digestible data from this solution with little or no guidance.

Great tool for really looking at your sales data to find trends beyond what SF provides. Great graphing, great ways to look at data at a macro and at a micro level.

InsightSquared knows what a Sales organization cares about and provides that data in helpful ways to access reports and gain insights.

It's an easy to use tool. It integrates really well with our CRM system Bullhorn.

A very impressive tool to help a sales orginization.

I like the intuitive nature of the reporting and dashboards. It makes board prep easy and internal reporting a breeze.

I use InsightSquared to help forecast my expected revenue, and also review some of my key states as a salesperson.

It can be a little difficult to understand with how to configure if you do not pay attention during the product training.

Some of the out of the box dashboards have become critical for our day to day business but some functionality is also limited.

Insight Squared:  invaluable when managing rapid growth.

Broad array of metrics but limited customization.

Time stamps salesforce changes to create robust pipeline tracking. Can have custom buildouts done.

I also love the ability to customize anything (cards, view, colors, etc). If you're looking to track different factors related to production, this is a fantastic option.

Is that I have maybe had to build 2 Salesforce reports since using it, and for that it's awesome. Keeps my reps super accountable.

Its strongest features are probably its ease of use, impressive report filtering features, and its out-of-the-box reports and dashboards.

Super easy to set up and maintain. The insights given are extremely helpful and give salesreps the opportunity to know their numbers and work towards improvement.

I would definitely invest in InsightSquared for a sales team.

Bottom line:  If you are navigating a rapid growth software business...license Insight Squared. It's ROI will be witin the same quarter.

There is no real time sync set up with Salesforce and so if I change something, it can take an hour to reflect. This is incredibly minor though.
