Define and use picklists, schedule waterfalls for your selections, leverage Marketing Cloud's Data Views just to name a few of the great features.

They really want you to succeed which makes learning and starting to use DeSelect a really good experience.

With a very strong and well trained customer success team it is possible to implement easy to very complex use cases with DESelect.

It saves me a lot of time of manual segmentation. And the support team is great.

Being able to build segments and filter by our specific needs is the most useful.

The limitations of DESelect are unfortunately ones imposed by Marketing Cloud/Salesforce.

It did not require any SQL knowledge. But, in the background, data processing problems arose when creating selections, apart from the time-consuming actions from our data analysts & marketeers.

Also - DeSelect support is great and everyone who works there are so nice and willing to help at all times.

This sort of work can distract marketeers from their real workload. Their focus must be on the targets and KPIs, rather than spending time figuring out how to do segmentation.

Strong customer success Team. Understands business use cases very well.

And their customer support is second-to-none; our [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is so knowledgeable and responsive, he's made our implementation  such a positive experience.

I love the drag and drop ease of creating data extensions. I love that i can merge multiples together to make 1 easy send.

I've been using this tool for another month and I think it's really worth the price.

I recommend the onboarding with their hypercare. It's a personalized one-on-one to help you get started and build your confidence in the tool.

Cost effectiveness, ease of use, client support.

We felt there were no other solutions in the market or on the Salesforce AppExchange. As we have no SQL experience in-house, MarketingCloud Queries was also no option.

Many times it stops working from no reason. So stability of the feature (deselct search).

They launch new features regularly. Really great tool, I love it.

Anything that was missing or needed enhanced was added in future quarterly updates.

Very happy with our decision to go with DESelect.

Sometimes there's a lag when it runs so it can add time to the process.

Even less analytics savvy users will be able to benefit from a wealth of digestible data from this solution with little or no guidance.

Great tool for really looking at your sales data to find trends beyond what SF provides. Great graphing, great ways to look at data at a macro and at a micro level.

InsightSquared knows what a Sales organization cares about and provides that data in helpful ways to access reports and gain insights.

It's an easy to use tool. It integrates really well with our CRM system Bullhorn.

Great Visualizations and Personalization Options.

A very impressive tool to help a sales orginization.

I like the intuitive nature of the reporting and dashboards. It makes board prep easy and internal reporting a breeze.

I use InsightSquared to help forecast my expected revenue, and also review some of my key states as a salesperson.

It can be a little difficult to understand with how to configure if you do not pay attention during the product training.

Some of the out of the box dashboards have become critical for our day to day business but some functionality is also limited.

Insight Squared:  invaluable when managing rapid growth.

Broad array of metrics but limited customization.

Time stamps salesforce changes to create robust pipeline tracking. Can have custom buildouts done.

I also love the ability to customize anything (cards, view, colors, etc). If you're looking to track different factors related to production, this is a fantastic option.

Is that I have maybe had to build 2 Salesforce reports since using it, and for that it's awesome. Keeps my reps super accountable.

Its strongest features are probably its ease of use, impressive report filtering features, and its out-of-the-box reports and dashboards.

Ease of use, great visual representation of data, depth of data available is awesome.

They are super helpful if you ever have any questions, and the product speaks for itself.

Super easy to set up and maintain. The insights given are extremely helpful and give salesreps the opportunity to know their numbers and work towards improvement.

I would definitely invest in InsightSquared for a sales team.

Bottom line:  If you are navigating a rapid growth software business...license Insight Squared. It's ROI will be witin the same quarter.

There is no real time sync set up with Salesforce and so if I change something, it can take an hour to reflect. This is incredibly minor though.

Easy to create various dashboards and charts. Useful tool for viewing/judging sales team metrics.
