It's hard to customized the templates as we have to change it from time to time.

I liked it because it helped me send an auto-response after each form submission. I would be happy to use the option of delaying the response, not an instant one.

I needed a link attached to fill out a Google Form & the one thing I did not like was that the link was at the bottom of the email and somewhat got lost.

Sometimes, customer service fails to realize that what is completely familiar to them is not so clear to the new user. Product jargon can be mystifying.

It has been a great decision to employ the Form Director. Fortunately, my son has used it first and was very helpful in assisting me when I was confused about the product.

It made integration to google forms easy and data collection easy.

Excellent Module at an affordable price. Payment modes can be enhanced using other UPIs as well instead of restricting to Stripe & Razor Pay.

Integration with Google Suite. Ability to streamline processes and automate mundane tasks.

Setting up connections and mapping seems unstable.

The Most important feature I liked about the Form Director is the Integration between multiple applications, Our communications mostly rely on the Google apps.

After some investment of your time, Google Workspace works fine.

Requires sales management to proactively log-in. This can make it difficult to incorporate into existing reporting processes.

I use insight squared to track my progress regarding outbound calls, submissions, interviews and placements.

Even less analytics savvy users will be able to benefit from a wealth of digestible data from this solution with little or no guidance.

Great tool for really looking at your sales data to find trends beyond what SF provides. Great graphing, great ways to look at data at a macro and at a micro level.

InsightSquared knows what a Sales organization cares about and provides that data in helpful ways to access reports and gain insights.

It's an easy to use tool. It integrates really well with our CRM system Bullhorn.

A very impressive tool to help a sales orginization.

I like the intuitive nature of the reporting and dashboards. It makes board prep easy and internal reporting a breeze.

I use InsightSquared to help forecast my expected revenue, and also review some of my key states as a salesperson.

It can be a little difficult to understand with how to configure if you do not pay attention during the product training.

Some of the out of the box dashboards have become critical for our day to day business but some functionality is also limited.

Insight Squared:  invaluable when managing rapid growth.

Time stamps salesforce changes to create robust pipeline tracking. Can have custom buildouts done.

I also love the ability to customize anything (cards, view, colors, etc). If you're looking to track different factors related to production, this is a fantastic option.

Is that I have maybe had to build 2 Salesforce reports since using it, and for that it's awesome. Keeps my reps super accountable.

Its strongest features are probably its ease of use, impressive report filtering features, and its out-of-the-box reports and dashboards.

Bottom line:  If you are navigating a rapid growth software business...license Insight Squared. It's ROI will be witin the same quarter.

There is no real time sync set up with Salesforce and so if I change something, it can take an hour to reflect. This is incredibly minor though.
