Flexibilty to program in a variety of platforms including Excel for non-programmers. Easy to use, yet also a great deal of complexity in what can be done with charts, graphs and dashboards.

Can my analyst create reports quickly and with ease using this software.

In the event that items are lost, one would have to manually enter the information again and then construct a dashboard that took a decent amount of time to build.

I think you have to look at feature/functionality vs the price point and you will see that this software represents the best value in its class.

IDashboards is an easy, efficient, affordable, robust, interactive, user-friendly software with incredible visualization capability.

This product is fairly easy to figure out and the end result is amazing. Our upper management loves the ease in which they see what matters to them.

What I like best about this software is the easy-to-use, simple but catchy look when I'm going to use it for presentation.

Too complex to create a dashboard. Cannot easily create complex query or dataset using multiple tables.

IDashboards has great features in ways to view your data and iffers a great platform to be the hub of all tour information to be housed and viewed.

Great charts and dashboards seen via any web browser. Data could be accessed in real-time, easy to mantain and imlement.

No negatives to list at this time. We had a little difficulty in the beginning getting schedules synched up but that was about all.

It makes it easier to design new charts and dashboards. I also love the flexibility of the product to allow me to control what users can see, such as filtering the data retrieved by the user name.

We embed idashboards in our software. It is easy to use for our clients, which is key for our support group.

No matter what my issue is, they do all that they can to help me - above and beyond. Regarding the product, its best feature is their user interface.

IDashboards has a wonderful Knowledge Base (part of OSKAR) that you can query to get all kinds of help.

The problem is - what to measure and monitor. You have to be an accountant or highly financially literate to know what to track and what to do with the info you get out.

You are supported at the time of purchase as well as every day with excellent staff. The program is easy to use and can tap into all of your data sources.

Requires sales management to proactively log-in. This can make it difficult to incorporate into existing reporting processes.

Fantastic customer support. Quick responses and always eager to help.

I'm hard-pressed to find anything I dislike about this product or company.

I use insight squared to track my progress regarding outbound calls, submissions, interviews and placements.

Even less analytics savvy users will be able to benefit from a wealth of digestible data from this solution with little or no guidance.

Great tool for really looking at your sales data to find trends beyond what SF provides. Great graphing, great ways to look at data at a macro and at a micro level.

InsightSquared knows what a Sales organization cares about and provides that data in helpful ways to access reports and gain insights.

It's an easy to use tool. It integrates really well with our CRM system Bullhorn.

A very impressive tool to help a sales orginization.

I like the intuitive nature of the reporting and dashboards. It makes board prep easy and internal reporting a breeze.

I use InsightSquared to help forecast my expected revenue, and also review some of my key states as a salesperson.

It can be a little difficult to understand with how to configure if you do not pay attention during the product training.

Some of the out of the box dashboards have become critical for our day to day business but some functionality is also limited.

Insight Squared:  invaluable when managing rapid growth.

Broad array of metrics but limited customization.

Time stamps salesforce changes to create robust pipeline tracking. Can have custom buildouts done.

I also love the ability to customize anything (cards, view, colors, etc). If you're looking to track different factors related to production, this is a fantastic option.

Is that I have maybe had to build 2 Salesforce reports since using it, and for that it's awesome. Keeps my reps super accountable.

Its strongest features are probably its ease of use, impressive report filtering features, and its out-of-the-box reports and dashboards.

Super easy to set up and maintain. The insights given are extremely helpful and give salesreps the opportunity to know their numbers and work towards improvement.

Bottom line:  If you are navigating a rapid growth software business...license Insight Squared. It's ROI will be witin the same quarter.

There is no real time sync set up with Salesforce and so if I change something, it can take an hour to reflect. This is incredibly minor though.
