Very helpfull
This integration is very good, saves a lot of time, excellent for those who use GitHub and ZD, I really recommend using it!!!

The best help you would get
The integration we purchased from Integrate cloud was very fluid and we are still using it. It makes my team more efficient. Great Stuff, Easy to use.
CONSUI can be a bit more attractive and colourful.

Fastening our workflow!
We had to contend with a slow process when switching between Zendesk and Microsoft Azure. Since we began working on the integration, we found that we could move much more quickly when receiving updates from Microsoft Azure, as they became visible in our Zendesk tickets.
CONSFor me personally, communication was sometimes a bit challenging with the employees from India, but by documenting everything, defining requirements, and scheduling calls, it was still set up as desired.

Without Integrate Cloud we would have trouble communicating with our Engineering team.
We love Integrate Cloud and how it allows our Zendesk platform to communicate with our Jira platform.
PROSThe flexibility of the product and the support we receive when needed.
CONSI cant think of anything I dont like about the product.
Reasons for switching to IntegrateCloud
Main reason ..... We were unable to merge cases in Salesforce and it was difficult to have any changes made as it required too much red tape.

Handy tool
It's really nice to be able to automate the creation of our DevOps tickets directly from Freshdesk.
CONSIt's a bit frustrating that the DevOps tickets have a lot of extra carriage returns in the description when they get created.

Quality Support, Easy implementation
They support their product very well and follow through on their commitments. They also take the time to understand what you need and how the tools involved work.
PROSWe worked on the specifications and requirements with the IC team and they delivered a stable quality product that does everything we asked for.
CONSI can't think of anything. The only time we have had issues is when the products that are being integrated change.
Reason for choosing IntegrateCloud
They had a successful Jira - Zendesk app already available and said they could build one that worked for our specific requirements. We stay with them because their support is outstanding.

Worth the investment
Out of the box functionality. We were looking for something that worked and connected well with Azure DevOps. We searched around a lot but this was the first and only one we that worked with little effort. Once we started using product we needed more customizations to be made and IntegrateCloud team was always available to implement as well as troubleshoot issues and answer any questions. Great team to work with.
CONSNothing at the moment I can think of, team is great to work with.

Quick Easy Painless - most important IT WORKS
had a problem with a token. Resolved in about an hour.

FreshService Integration to DevOps is very helpful
Overall, very helpful
PROSI most appreciated the fact that replies to FreshService emails get logged on the original ticket instead of spawning new tickets and also that the FreshService ticket could easily generate an associated bug in DevOps.
CONSWhen the integration pushes the FreshService ticket into DevOps, the formatting can be messed up and then you need to spend extra time fixing the formatting in DevOps. Also, embedded images are removed from the text and added as links only, which can disrupt the narrative flow set on the FreshService ticket as the links are all added at the end instead of being embedded in the text at the appropriate place. Finally, if the bug in DevOps could be associated with the FreshService ticket as a live link (and vice versa), that would be optimal.

Great and easy to use FreshDesk integration!
Overall, using this integration has made it very easy for the developers and support users to communicate and manage issues from the business or from our end users that need a developer to take a closer look. Being able to quickly manage and create work items is ideal for our end use, and has saved a lot of time and effort.
PROSIt's very easy for our support users to create and manage issues on our DevOps board, which was the main reason we were interested in this integration. It's fast as well: the moment you click on the Create Work Item button, the work item pops up on the board and can be updated from there.
CONSSometimes the selection of where and on which board to put a certain issue feels a bit unintuitive, and for our DevOps board specifically, it would be nice to be able to select a PBI to put a bug, task or issue under.

Works well with our workflow between support and development
We really like and use IntegrateCloud on a daily basis. Our workflow between Azure DevOps and FreshDesk would not happen as smoothly without it.
PROSThe software work, allows our support team and development team to communicate, open tickets, and keep track of support-related bugs and development without emails flying all over the place.
CONSThe only issue that we have is not able to set defaults. This is not a big deal but would be nice if we could set default DevOps projects and interactions.

We can easily create Backlog-Items or Bugs in DevOps in the correct team/branch. It also helps us to track these items to get back to customers.

Integration solution Does what we want\need for ADO and Freshserivce
Simply put, when ever we have needed them they have been responsive and helpful.
PROSAvailability in the Freshservice app store and ease of integration.
CONSThe trial mode was restrictive in a way that made us unsure what it's capabilities were, a quick email back and forth with the team addressed our concerns, but it is still nice to see it all in action.

Overall experience is good but can be better in following up and broad help channels with faster response as well as resolution time.
PROSEase of setting things up and minimal setup time required. Also the app is prompt at performing what's needed.
