PARSEY is easy to use and has GREAT SUPPORT if it's ever not easy.
Excellent. No complaints
PROSThe software is very easy to use. But if you have ever have an issue beyond your capability the support team is very helpful and get any problems fixed.
CONSEh, not much. There were one or two bugs that they seemed to fix.

Parsey Review
Happy with the purchase. Used daily.
PROSTight integration with Infusionsoft and Docusign. And, the support is great!
CONSLast I checked I could still not copy actions from one parser to a new one.

It does a better job than Zapier at Docusign integration.

Essential Tool
The Docusign integration is something that has become an essential part of our CRM.
PROSThe Docusign integration is a game changer for us. Parsey automates the sending, receiving, and processing of the data. The web hook parser also integrates a lot of the apps we use like Formstack. It ties Formstack and Infusionsoft together nicely.
CONSThe email parser is very difficult to configure and isn't always 100% accurate

Parsey fills a much needed void
Overall I have had a great experience with Parsey. We use it to pull data from incoming lead notification emails and import that data into our CRM - Keap by InfusionSoft. Helps us make sure we don't let any leads fall through the cracks.

CONSNot always easy to set up parsing fields. Especially using HTTP emails.

Perfect for connecting Infusionsoft to DocuSign
We bought Parsey to connect Infusionsoft to DocuSign. Our sales reps sold annual contracts that were previously manually created, sent, and filed. This process took a ton of time. Using Parsey, we were able to automatically send contact data from Infusionsoft to the DocuSign fields and have the contract sent to the customer. When the customer signed to contract, it was sent back tot eh rep and automatically attached to the contact's file box inside of Infusionsoft. Our reps no longer had to log into DocuSign anymore. It was all done and automated inside of Infusionsoft. This saved us a ton of time and labor costs for a whopping $50/month. The best part is that I had Parsey's staff set the whole thing up for $150. Worth every Penny. Colton created the Infusionsoft campaign, tags, and internal form that fired the campaign. It was a white glove service.
CONSTheir UI needs some work. A few small tweaks would go a long way.

Parsey is a Valuable Tool for us!
What I like most is that I can manage all of our lead sources and web form parsing in one place.
CONSThe software is easy to use, but I really wish there were more native integrations. For example, we use DocuSign, and they only integrate for one portion of the product. I wish they integrated with the entire platform. I have to do two different forms of set up to make DocuSign work for us.

We don't know where we'd be without Parsey
They are incredibly quick to respond and help.
PROSWe have so many different funnels that our sales come through. Parsey has streamlined this for us and I love that the notifications and customers information shows up with a task to let us know we need to process an order.
CONSDuring busy times, we have to remember to increase our account capacity but it's usually during these times that we don't have time to think about it until it's too late.

Good Parse Software
Email Flows and applying Tags. Software functions well as long as the email format does not change.

Great Program -- Excellent Support
Great!
PROSParsey is a great software for communicating between other programs. Whenever I have questions about getting something to work, their support team is responsive and helps me troubleshoot. I really enjoy having Parsey as part of our work flow!
CONSSometimes if you update a feature in a different program that is already connected to Parsey, you need to recreate the entire Parsey connection--it doesn't update automatically.

The Parsey folks have helped me thru the set-up. As I say, I couldn't really figure it out, they did it for me. They have been extremely helpful!
PROSIt came to our rescue years ago when we needed to get leads into a CRM - lead sources were just a email that had to be parsed
CONSIt is tough to get to do what I need - I don't change it often, so it is set and run

Powerful tool!

PROSThis is like a techy swiss army knife... I constantly surprise myself with what it can do.
CONSThis is not a con.. but a warning. This is very powerful but best if it is set up by someone with a little more developer background.. unless you use their customer support, which is great.

Very pleased. Could not have automated my marketing without it.
PROSIt automates my marketing in ways I could. It do on my own.
CONSYou need to get use to the interface when setting up or making adjustments. But once you are set you are all good with minor interaction needed.

Very happy user
For our automation purposes, Parsey saves tons of time and headaches. It's nice when software just works.
