Easy to use application

Easy to use application that allows to business to directly manage the creation and modification of workflows which is crucial for continuous improvement.

PROS

Ennov Business Process Management is an easy to use application. It allows to business to create new or change existing business workflows without any IT technical skills.

CONS

It does not allow to a user to reassign a business workflow to another user.

A five-year journey

We spent a lot of money on this tool and continued to pay for every update and change and were promised a lot of upgrades but received very few and when the system was upgraded, there were a lot of broken things (likely due to customization). Customer service never met a single deadline and in order for us to receive corrective actions we had to cajole and harass for weeks and often months to get what any other company would provide immediately.

PROS

When we first met with the team to help create and implement the software we received a lot of attention.

CONS

Customer Service is abhorrent.Exiting the software - We notified the team in November of our planned exit and the need to extract our data from the tool. The came back and said it would cost ~100K for us to receive our data, despite having a Master Service Agreement in place which states they will provide our data to us in the format we choose at no cost. It is March and were given a timeline after pressing them, which they have not met and the last response: "We are facing some delay in the delivery of the Export module.We are assessing other options and will let you know as soon as possible. "
