  • Pros

  • Easy setup, good price, works perfectly and data is easy to acces, support works great and can assist easly.
  • Good platform to manage incidents/problems/changes/releases as well as requests. Good CMDB for managing company assets.
  • Cons

  • Lack of customisation on forms and categories - I cant change labels etc.
  • Noticed that at times, usually in the morning hours of EST time zone, Freshservice access cuts out for 5 minutes.

  • User Interface is very intuitive and easy to understand. The ability to control access to different websites and applications using access cards is a huge plus.
  • GoodAccess VPN is an outstanding value and provides everything we need. The VPN is reliable and fast.
  • Cons

  • We had some difficulty installing the software on older Windows 7 systems.
  • The trial period was not long enough. After the trial finished, certain functionalities broke as they got stuck, when we continued with the basic package, which didn't include the extra features.
