Would highly recommend this system from price, to ease of use, to responsiveness, all great.

Customer service is great at helping through this process. Offers commission reconciliation, lead management, automated workflow.

I have also had a couple of coworkers tell me some attached information had disappeared. This has not happened to me, so I have not been able to determine if it was operator error or the program.

I would say it is a limited system from others I have worked with.

The ease of use and ease of implementing were among the top reasons we choose AgencyBloc. I am too busy to have to take on a system that requires hours of training.

It is very user friendly when you need to add or subtract information. And works decently with other programs that are required at my office.

When I was searching I found several but they were all missing certain features. This was the most comprehensive program I found and I have been very pleased with it.

I like the  continuous product improvements - most recently the addition of Outlook integration. We have also  very much enjoyed the strong customer/product support from AgencyBloc.

It is easy to use, fairly inexpensive, and does a great job generating reports and tracking clients. I am very happy I am making the switch.

This is a great product for client base and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Many basic features are easy to use and efficient.

I have been searching for a csm for a long time but found that most csm's were geared for people in the financial services industry or the p&c industry. In other words, they failed to meet my needs.

It has been overall a good experience. I think they are a little on the expensive side for what they are.

I like being consulted when they are thinking about new items to roll out and how that would affect what we do, or if it is even worth it.

It is a little obnoxious that it is web based. It takes more than just saving a contract or a guide to a folder.

I have used AgencyBloc for some time now. I have been very impressed with the ease of use and especially the customer service that I have received.

Love the fact that AgencyBloc is also integrated with other systems we use (Rocket Referal, ACAExpress etc...).

We use it to consolidate our fixed insurance commission reports and pay the advisors. This keeps track of sales, trails and even other expenses that we can manually enter.

What I liked most about this software is the ease of use. I find it every easy to navigate Agency Bloc.

AgencyBloc is a really good CRM. Perfect for what we use it for and the customer service is excellent.

Prior to this, we were tethered to a server database. I also like that it is integrated between the database and commissions, as our prior commissions and information databases were not the same.

I dislike that I am unable to see the email campaigns on my dashboard.

I like the web-based platform so we can access it anywhere.

Our reps are great and they are always a quick response away from a question or concern.

Some of the terms were strange, and that resulted in some of the functionality being lost.

I feel like about of my amazing experience has to do with her excellent customer services. She took the time to explain things to me and provided me with the necessary information.

Occasionally you can put in the correct client information and no file will pull up.

There is no mobile application and the searching features are limited. There are also issue with loading.

The best thing about CoolLife is the cost. Other CRMs can be absurdly expensive.

Dependability, easy to use,  and problem free. Every day i write my specials to be sent to over 1000 email addresses daily without incident.

It's a great basic program. Support was helpful, when needed, which wasn't often.

Our marketing is delivered professionally with easy to use tools. The billing to our clients and donors is straight forward and our reporting is real-time.

There is no function in the CRM for a global keyword search of Notes. Also, the mobile app is lacking functionality and there is insufficient bandwith most of the time.

The problem is everything else. Ease of Use: I've been using the system for going on 3 years and there are still parts that are  confusing.

Could not run our business without Cool Life. Team has built the best product out there (I have used Salesforece, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.).

We have been able to improve our effectiveness and become more organized in our communication.

Without this I would be having to use email, cut & paste and other services to run events.

Excuses are made instead of admission to a problem within the CRM itself.
