Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.
  • It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.
  • Cons

  • Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.
  • Sometimes, when you make a mistake, it's hard to back out of it, especially with payments. You just have to force other transactions to make the outcome that you needed in the first place.

  • It gives several options for walking through each step to better help you navigate. It also helps track the amount of revenue from each client before or after they accept your proposal.
  • I love the notifications when the customer opens the proposal and the reports given so that you can learn what they are more interested in about our company.
  • Cons

  • We use our own IDs instead of the automatically generated ones however, every time you exit the proposal and reopen, you have to reenter the proposal ID. It's annoying but not a deal breaker.
  • Also, customization features are a little limited. Not a huge gripe though since this may be a company function more than anything.
