It is overall easy to use and the price is awesome. Users of Cloud ERP are growing, and if the company polishes here and there of this product, it'll earn popularity  and will grow in the market.

Ability to use sales and forecast order to schedule demand, material requirements, capacity, through put and productivity.

Discount must be applied to long term user. A lot of error in printing.

Also, the connection ability to other apps like my own CRM should be readily available. In this modern IT age, automatic connectivity between different applications is a must.

Overall we've had a GREAT experience with this Software.

Easy to use, great  customer support, very functional, very good price. The setup was really easy to do and the end user interface is very simple to use.

We also like its customized feature of having inventory and sales report based on our requirements.

Once you learn how the program works it is very easy to modify any of the templates in those modules to make it easy to use. The customer support is great as well.

This software is very good, it is very customizable, and has the ability of being on the go. It can be a little robust while setting up but after all the information is ready in the system.

Excellent software, easy to use, complete and designed around the everyday experience of change.

There was a lot of different sections in ecount so it appeared to be hard to navigate and be able to set up and use for a small amount of transactions.

Report customization should not have been limited. No offline version available.

Overall, I find it is a great deal. The technical support is very good.

System occasionally duplicates order #s causing billing problems. Customer service, although helpful have been unable to rectify problem.

The level of integration. This is a true ERP with the data and logic flow to get end-to-end cost  tracking and tie that back to the revenue.

As a eCommerce company with about 40 staffs, we have used other ERP or accounting softwares, including different Quickbooks desktop and online versions. We are now happy with EcountERP after 3 years.

EcountERP is still evolving and more features are added from time to time. We just hope we can learn fast and catch up with the new features, especially the API feature they just introduced recently.

Online ordering for customers has been greatest benefit.

My only complaint is that the email that is sent every morning that is an inventory update, does not send me an update on all of my items that I have in the system for each individual location.

In addition, their prices are affordable for even the smallest of companies. Their software is powerful, option rich and comes with the best of customer service.

Actually, is not the program but the CUSTOMER SERVICE that they have. They are super polite, nice and willing to help.

The customer service is spot on and we have never had an issue getting in touch or having questions answered. Fantastic value for the money - would put 7 stars there if I could.

I started using Practice when they were in the early stages of development, and they have been very responsive when I needed help. They are continually adding new features and making it better.

The best coaching software out there that helps to streamline your business. It allows me to free my time for the things I love doing the most: coaching people.

At this stage there is limited functionality in the Android App, more functionality is coming soon. Not quite the full package for when I'm out on the go.

Overall I have loved using Practice since day one. The community is wonderful, the support have been extremely efficient responding to queries, and the platform itself is exactly what I need.

The ability to setup packages, products and schedulers so that it's easy/seamless to track what a client has used, and what remains was a big standout. The design is clean and lovely.

I especially love how quickly the developers are working on new features to expand the product.

Practice is an awesome system for anyone looking for a straight forward but powerful client management platform.

Very intuitive, easy to use, and excellent & responsive customer support.

Honestly, I am terrified at the thougth of them ever not being in business.

Practice has a scheduling page that I can direct clients to, and they can pay when they schedule individual appts and/or classes. When they schedule, they receive a confirmation and a Zoom link.

So easy to use and a fantastic User Interface. Connects with mail, my google calendar and payment system Stripe.

I started the business using Quickbooks Online and haven't seen a compelling reason to switch my invoicing over to Practice just yet.

The ability to create both private and public scheduling options for prospects and clients. Integration into Stripe for managing and tracking invoices.

It's reasonably priced and the best tool I could find (compared to others on the market).

This is truly an example of how a software solutions company should be - innovative, friendly and with a can do philosophy.

It's boring, but it's not the sort of program that needs lots of bells and whistles. Maybe a few more colours and images.

My overall experience with Practice has been very good. For me, they had the right technology and a decent price point for me as I started my coaching business.

I am loving my experience of Practice, the software itself is great but the customer onboarding, ease of use, responsiveness of their team is exceptional.

I love the ease, how everything with my clients is in one place, the calendar and scheduling, the to-dos, the ability to purchase products... it's SOOOO user-friendly.

Most of the features I was missing, namely e-signature and email templates, are being included in their new pro tier of membership.

I love the ease and simplicity of Practice. Everything I need is there, and more features are being added on a monthly basis.

For me some of the CRM elements need additional tweaking but I know this is on the roadmap for the future - so no there is nothing I don't like.

I wanted a CRM that was easy to use for both myself and for my clients. But what I love with this software is that the team are constantly working to make it better for the user experience.

The only thing that is missing right now is payment plans, although there is a simple workaround for this and I know this feature is coming very soon.
