The support from representative has been outstanding. We upgraded last year and representative was available day and night to help us.

We are working with Flowcentric for various BPM opportunities and find it to be the best value for money s/w in this area.

It is super easy to use and the value is very easy for both users and leadership to realize, which helped us get on board.

Another example of this is, we have a couple thousand role groups (because of how we needed to manage SOD and this has caused the Process Suite to fail.

We used to have lots of errors and users were resisting to use it but now we are less errors.

I struggled to figure out integration with Microsoft Outlook and Sharepoint.

So far its been easy to implement and secure. Enterprise businesses require enterprise process automation and compliance.

The product is user friendly and it is very much easy to understand.

The lack of helpful error messages whne things dont work. Wastes a lot of time trying to figure out why it's not working.

Easy to setup and to administer. Customer support always available.

This is a very good process flow and business automation software and will certainly assist in ensuring with compliance to internal processes, business rules and even legislative requirements.

User administration and process design easy to maintain. It support different SQL platforms; MS SQL, Oracle and MySQL.

Implementation is expensive and if the BA does not understand your business intimately, do not waste your time. In our scenario implementation was problematic and expensive.

It can take 5-10 seconds for a screen to pop up. When you have a customer on the phone asking for a price and availability, and it takes a couple minutes, that is unacceptable.

Overall I am happy really satisfied with this software. It allows for great integration whit othe apps.

Easy to use and allows for great integrations with other apps and customization if you have some technical background.

We were considering upgrading to the new software but once again, no referrals to back up your product. And the price for the upgrade is too expensive.

Dishonest and disrespectful customer service, disorganized billing and inconsistent software support.

The colors for inventory availability, within a transaction, do not display properly most of the time and it is really annoying. Availability graphs are not precise enough.

It is hard for an individual without the support of the company to customize reports and information.

Would love to spend time with a power user similar to what we do. So much to learn about this software, discover a lot of useful features all the time.

This software severely under performs from what they promise. I went with the cloud system which is very slow and continually has glitches.
