Sleek Solution for Tracking Client Sessions/Packages

Introwise as a gem hidden in a Saas marketplace. I had a very specific need to track sessions for my clients and was really struggling to keep up inside spreadsheets, emails back and forth, etc. I reached out to the founders for direction and my use-case and they listened and even implemented some features that were already planned that aligned with my needs. They continue to listen to feature ideas and roll out features. Many Saas companies take user feedback and there is a very long delay on rolling out features. My experience with Introwise was the opposite and I am thrilled with the support provided. I can't wait to see the direction Introwise goes with improvements and how my on-the-go lifestyle as a coach can continue to be fun and fulfilling for the client experience and my experience as an administrator who manages many clients in many time-zones.

PROS

I really like the ability to create packages that include services. I love that I can make specific packages or services hidden from the public for my legacy clients or VIP clients. I can sell services and packages easily. The ability to have group sessions is impressive as well, I plan to sell short live workshops via Introwise instead of managing a separate webinar platform. I am stoked to finally get out of using zoom. My clients aren't tied to zoom and being able to not search for an email with a separate link to a separate system is incredible. The ability to use zoom, for those who like it is there. I am looking forward to having a look at each client profile and be able to keep an eye on remaining sessions EASILY!

CONS

One aspect I believe is being planned or considered is more detailed ability to create expiration dates/times for specific services. For example, if your service is a flash sale, you can expire a coupon code or you may be able to set a date the user would need to book that service by. I don't have any complaints about Introwise, the team and the product is uniquely different from other booking platforms and it is easy to use. Other platforms can have so many features and buttons and menus that you can get lost managing them instead of doing what you enjoy and do best. What is very cool for experts and service providers is that if you didn't have a website at all, you would use Introwise and now worry about an entire website, get paid, and hold your video calls in one place. That's incredible, all without having to download an app or deal with tech training on the client/purchaser's end.

Reasons for switching to Introwise

I made the switch because none of the above platforms tracked HOW MANY sessions were remaining in a way that was very clear to me as an administrator and when I tested as a user. When a client is unclear about how many sessions they have left and when to use them, those sessions pile up for me as a coach and began to impede on my ability to take time off. Transparency is important to me and with Introwise, my clients will be able to see everything they have signed up for and paid for in one place AND book in one place...AND Introwise will replace zoom as a video conferencing tool for me. The less systems I can use/login to as a business owner, the better I can operate. Introwise will replace zoom, spreadsheets, google docs into a simpler system.

Clockwork scheduling, payments and phone calls with Introwise

I use Introwise day to day without exception, it's the best scheduler I've tried so far and it seems to be the only one I plan to ever use. The product is perfect for me as is, I know that they are always improving and they deliver what they promise. The customer service is the best too!

PROS

Introwise scheduling tool has really helped me as a producer adjust my schedule in order to fit the client needs. I used to book my own appointments but with Introwise, everything is done for me automatically. It's much cheaper too, don't hesitate to get this amazing tool, it will benefit anyone and any business.

CONS

If there is one thing I can say that is negative is that we can't customize our own questions for prospects and clients on the scheduling form. However, since using it all my prospects and clients have said nothing bad about the process of scheduling a call with me. Furthermore, they love the fact they don't download a link and just input a small message for me if needed. Regardless, the point is to get on the call, Introwise does it well. Which means, I shouldn't complain about it. If one day they allow this change, it's great, however until then I've noticed I don't exactly need it for my prospects or clients.

Reasons for switching to Introwise

We know this only too well, downloading links don't work! And while the hours lost & dollars wasted aren't justifiable, I've found a solution, thanks to Introwise. My process is simplified and Introwise does the brunt work for me. The biggest reason I switched is because I didn't ever want to lose another deal again. I'm sure you don't either, get it.

The Best Online Scheduling and Meeting Tool

PROS

I like Introwise because it’s very user-friendly. The interface is very simple and the features are very powerful. The payment feature is very useful, and I love that it integrates directly into either Stripe or PayPal. I am able to create my own custom schedules that include up to three days per week, four hours per day and a number of slots per day. The Introwise platform is intuitive and easy to use.

CONS

I wish it had a form tool, even something basic for a few questions before. I'm not able to embed the scheduler into a webpage. The support team is super helpful and extremely prompt.

Reasons for switching to Introwise

Introwise has the ability to schedule group meetings. A lot of other schedulers do not have that feature.

Perfect for a Language Teaching business!

And as some of the other issues that can improve, the best Introwise has is customer care, so you know eventually these will be solved. We've worked with quite a bunch of customer care services of different apps and services. And by far, this has been the best in all aspects: attention, kindness, speed and thoroughness.

PROS

We are Language Teaching professionals and finding the appropriate tool for our bookings has been difficult till Introwise appeared! We've tried different options, different tools and different work arounds. None of these had all the perks we needed for our business. But Introwise definitively does! We needed packages. Check! We needed group lessons. Check! We needed a good and flexible calendar system. Check! We needed a good payment management. Check! We needed a flexible app that could accommodate some improvements on the go. Check!

CONS

Introwise oldie.

I started in summer 2020 to consult as psychologist and ever since I’ve been using the platform. My clients love it, I love it, it works fast, it’s easy to understand, you don’t need to download an app, you have the access right there. Also customer care from introwise team is FANTASTIC! They are always available

PROS

I love every feature starting from UX/UI -and ending with customer care. Payments always made smoothly, and if I can’t make it to the consultation the Introwise team will organise everything and reschedule with my clients. I love how the platform never had any bugs during this 2 years of experience.

CONS

I don’t have anything to add here because I truly enjoy the product and literally recommend it everyone

It just works! Replaced my Calendly and Zoom!

It’s the one SAS that I use most. Replaced so many services.

People still would rather use zoom. Luckily it integrates with it easily.

Never have a glitching interaction with a client again

PROS

What I like the most about Introwise is how easy it is to use, the interaction with the platform is frictionless for everyone involved. With the multitude of video-conferencing, scheduling, payment and other platforms, users become vary of even the slightest steepness in the learning curve with a new one. There will be people who wouldn't know how to turn on the sound (I am looking at you, Zoom). There will be frustrated Linux users (looking at you, Teams). There will be people who even cannot handle the five clicks that it takes to join a room on Whereby. With Introwise, the usability is top notch, the interface is very straightforward to use. The team behind Introwise are really taking care of it.

CONS

The platform is new, surely some people would miss some features. From my point of view, having abundant features has two sides - it makes the software more flexible, but it increases the learning curve when working with it. The more the software develops, the more discombobulated and discouraged the user becomes. I am curious to see how Introwise team will deal with this in the coming years.

Outstanding Tool For Experts

Great experience and phenomenal customer service.

PROS

Everything is as simple and functional as possible. Introwise is exceptionally easy to use. It is very logical and filling everything out makes sense. Nothing about it is confusing or frustrating. I also like that there's nothing to download on my end or for clients to download. The payments are taken care of automatically. Video calls are easy to use and it's all very straightforward and easy to use.

CONS

Nothing really. When you first sign up, you want to go step-by-step and make sure you are filling everything out correctly, connecting everything correctly, and using the best features for you and your business.

The all in one solution

This software is easy to use. The client does not need to download any software, it just works. Then you have the whole system from booking to payments to doing the video call. I like it because it really is an all in one solution, the video calls are super fast without delays

could have a few little things like recording (which they are developing at the moment) but that's about it.

Introwise made my life easier

the customer service is amazing. it has been a very nice experience to use this platform overall.
