Earlier we didn't had a proper client/task management system. This software has solved this problem to another level.

The compliance management is the marque feature of this software. It helps us in getting information about clients whose tasks need to be created beforehand. Also the todo, stages helps us in having a view at minute details about a task. Also the work done report has a detailed analysis on, which team member is performing what tasks at a daily basis or in a time period. This has helped our organization to take decisions instantly.

The system currently lacks a better notification, chat system integration within the app. So that our senior team members can be notified on each movement within the software.

Jamku has been useful for our team and the integration of our data was really easy, the data import by Jamku team helped in easily getting everything on this software and the training videos and sessions helped is getting used to the software. It has overall been a mixed experience as once we started using it to the full extent, we could see that many more features could be implemented in the software. We have requested for multiple features for which we await the timeline and confirmation.

The below feature of this software are really helpful. - Bulk Task Creation - Copying tasks/ team members from previous months or other tasks - Maintaining passwords in the client profile - Folder List

The main thing this software is missing at the moment the 'Notification' feature. As spoken with Jamku Team, they are currently working on this and have launched a Jamku Chat application which is still in its Beta stage so it will improve in the coming months.

Overall is good Office Management software, which keeps it updating to make it more user friendly

It is a very easy to use, but a very useful software one should have.

We haven't still used all the features , But overall the numbers of users and task we manage we are finding difficulty in adaptability by the user. Need to work on user adaptability with change in user interface.

Communication with Client is chargeable , need to be interfaced with user communication channel.

Well maintainable and frequently updates and integration of new features. Easy to use. They are ready to discuss any feature as per our needs and implement if the current structure allows. Support team is the best. Compliance Dashboard is one of the key feature of the software if you're a CA. All data in one platform, no need to browse through multiple files. Real time data report and analysis of actions perform in a firm.

Nothing as of now, as all the work related to our firm is been fulfilled.

Billing process can be simplified, though it is evolved a lot since first time implemented, and I know developers are working hard to make it simpler

The interface on task page could be improved. There were many things on it which aren't useful to traditional small firms.

Helped in all ways to see whether all required tasks are completed. With this we can guarantee the customers about nothing is missed. Also we can track and locate the unbilled tasks which resulted in Revenue Loss.

The most important feature I liked about Jamku was the ease of using by all users is seen. Also though the software is very easy it also gives good reports useful for practice management

It will be helpful if small videos on each feature in Jamku are available on Youtube , It will be very helpful in training the new team

No integrating tasks etc with Google Apps/ Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. No mobile app for iOS

Billing and accounting can have third party software integration instead of re-invention of wheel.

This CA office mgt software is simple and easy to understand. It works without any glitches and is fast and not complicated.

Not came across such disliking feature. I liked Jamku with all its feature.

So far the experience has been good.

Versatility in data entry in the software. If UI/UE is not good enough an applications fails in deployment. As is users are averse to change & a change which is difficult to apprehend will lead to rejection. Cloud based means it can be accessed anywhere, anytime.

At places compulsory fields are not visible in the form & highlighted with asterix or colour variation. Further documentation needs to be bit more elaborate. There is glut of features & options in the software. This leads to chaotic implementation & usage. Since it is targeted primarily towards tax practitioners, certain information/settings need to be pre-populated.
