Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.

WORK[etc] Insiders is a great place to get a better understanding of what exactly WORK[etc] can do. WORK[etc] is a very comprehensive tool that any serious business should consider using.

I admit that all those years ago, the product wasn't ready yet for prime time, and I abandoned it for other options.

We use Work Etc for our CRM, project management, time tracking, billing and customer login - when I have a problem, they respond right away and believe it or not - they actually correct the problem.

For any business owner the investment you make is worth it. It pays for itself times ten and much more if you would like.
