Overall, it's been a very positive experience using the Fexa platform, since we started using it in 2019. The Fexa Customer Service Team is amazing and very quick to respond to any questions we may have had. They are extremely supportive and helpful in working with us to optimize the platform so we can reap the benefits of such a robust platform.
PROSThere really are a number of positives about the Fexa platform. Their calling card is that it's extremely customizable...and that really is the case. Its not a open the box and everyone has to have it the same way. They will customize the platform/work flows so that its optimized to how you and your team work. It's easy to use for work order creation, preventative maintenance programs, Fexa Analytics...etc.
CONSOur first challenge was integrating from our old platform to Fexa. Granted, we were one of the first Fexa users that had current/existing work orders on a platform that needed to be transferred over. It was a struggle, but we made it. Since then, I've heard from other clients that similar transitions have been smooth, so I guess we helped work out the kinks. Initially, generating reports was a struggle, but like with anything, the more us you use it, the more natural it becomes.
Reason for choosing Fexa
After reviewing the multiple CMMS platforms, Fexa easily stood out from the rest...hands down. They had a great product, great team ([sensitive content hidden]), real value for what we were going to spend and immediately they made us feel like we were the most important client...and they still do to this day!
Reasons for switching to Fexa
Our old platform began to change to often and was really becoming a struggle for our service providers to use it efficiently and that ended up having negative consequences on their willingness to perform work for us. It also really took the smaller vendors out of play and that wasn't something we were willing to give up. With new releases or implementations, it began to feel like the small clients weren't as relevant and couldn't help shape the platform like we can now with Fexa.

Why Fexa?
Fexa associates at all levels are smart and professional. They have an admirable Company culture - they want their customers to succeed; feels like a partnership. We are continuously looking to improve our processes and productivity. Fexa provides opportunities to achieve this.
PROSWe are able to establish use-case specific workflows and control the workflows. They system is configurable at many levels - workflow, communications, pricing, billing requirements, instructions, PM Programs, products, etc. Configurations allows us meet internal process and client specific needs which provides efficiencies and avoids re-work. Integrations are robust. Reporting is available via lists, reports and Fexalytics BI, so we have different ways to obtain data and insight. Fexa has partnered with us to achieve our desired reporting.
CONSConfigurability can equal complexity. It took time to understand configurations, know the data and for users to get comfortable. Our Vendor user community struggles with entering/managing quotes and invoices and related documentation.

Great Software
Our company changed from a an in-house system to Fexa. Our system works great for new signage projects from start to finish. My department works with repairs and Fexa is much easier for us to use and keep track of projects and keep them moving so they don't get stop or get lost.
PROSThe overall process of using Fexa is very user friendly and easy to use. It works really well when you have many work orders to manage from start to finish and keeping track of their statuses and moving forward.
CONSI can't really say that there are difficult parts of Fexa. It is very user friendly and simple to use.
